Note: For those who are familiar with The Legend of the Five Rings, otherwise known as L5R, he is styled as one of the characters I created using its RPG mechanics: a bushi, or warrior, from the Lion Clan. Kitty!!!! Now back to your doll...He's gorgeous! And I love the outfit he is wearing. You did an amazing job with the pictures. Thanks for sharing (especially the kitty pictures).
@Spuggey @A Wee Tiefling @Quiet and Insane @chiriann @Dendra77 @chrstphrl @Ligaya24 @Lolitia Thank you all so much for you comments! He appreciates it too, because it's only recently that he's finally begun to emerge from the shadow of my female dolls (despite being the oldest in the crew still in his original shell). He probably won't like it, but if anyone's interested, here's how he looked several years ago: Spoiler: Back in 2017 Lighted Window by Yela Gatchalian-David, on Flickr
Phenomenal! I adore the set pieces, and the doll itself is fantastic! it's so fun to see an L5R character, the game/series has a huge nostalgia factor for me. Do you mind if I ask what you've taken the pictures with? The quality is so crisp!
Hi! It's great to know there are other L5R enthusiasts in the community. All but one of my dolls have L5R RPG counterparts, but not all of them have been photographed as such. I use a Sony DSC-H400. It's not the fanciest DSLR out there (you're just stuck with the kit lens), but it's good enough for my hobby needs.
