I think I missed the cutoff by a bit, I only just started becoming active and received my first doll in January. But good luck to everyone else!!

Those who enter and do not quite meet our stated newbie qualification but are newbies in spirit will be matched if at all possible. So please feel free to enter -- you will be notified if you cannot be matched. The same goes for oldies. If we have enough members participating it's our goal to match up everybody as that is the spirit of the event.

I just realized that I forgot to post here even though I already signed up for the swap as a newbie. >.<

This seems like so much fun! :>

 

I signed up as an oldie. And mentioned the fact that I do have pets (Both hypoallergenic, but still~)

 

IT sucks it's only 6 months or under to sign up, I didn't even use my DOA account for many months because it confused me so much lmao, so I missed out on this when I joined.

I'm still a noob, I just make it up as I go along (clothing) and hope for the best. I'm also poor so that may be a reason why I own like no clothing, shoes etc lmao

I hope all noobies get a match so they don't miss out!! ♥

hey!! so sorry to be a pain, but! i entered this swap and, just yesterday, i was notified that my housing complex for the upcoming school year had some last minute switching, and i was moved to an entirely new address! is there any way to change my information in my entry? so sorry for the trouble!! @____@

I've only been a member for a month and am totally blown away by the generosity and creativity of this community! Thank you to the moderators for keeping us on topic and for organizing all of these wonderful contests and "just for fun" events. I look forward to someday being considered an "oldie" and being able to assist a newbie in their enjoyment and expression of these great dolls.

That was very kind of you. There are many reasons why someone might not be able to follow through on a commitment (health, finances, life), but having someone like you to step up and fill the void is much appreciated.

will we know if we got paired with someone or are we just gonna get a random package in the mail one day or nothing at all and just have to wonder if it got lost in the mail? I'm a very anxious person.

 

@LunarLady we will alert newbies if they have not been matched. We will do our best to inform anyone in that situation as fast as we can, but it may take a few days after signups are closed. We will update this thread again after we have finished matching people up, and alert anyone who was not matched up at that time.
