Overall great condition, but the edges of the tulle sort of clings to itself, making it look a little bunched/wrinkled in places

Purchased this secondhand at a convention. It was labeled as Dollheart, but it doesn't have any tags indicating it's from Dollheart. It is very well made and of great quality like Dollheart, but I'm not familiar enough to know for sure.
