I've dealt with Shou-kun and she bought "School Head A" from me.
Shou-kun's responses were always speedy and polite. So I accepted layaway and she did all payment steadily

I participated in a goup order (sort of), but my item was out of stock. Communication, though, was excellent and replies were quick. Shou-kun also refunded my money in a very fast and timely manner. I would participate in a group order in the future with her if given the chance.

Shou-kun sold me a Lu-Wen head and communication was fast. It took more than a month for the head to arrive, which had me worried, but Shou-kun tried to find out what was keeping the head to make me feel at ease. ^_^
The head was very well wrapped up for shipping too.

shou had infinite patience during a minimee order. everything seemed to go wrong that was completely out of her control, but she did a wonderful job of juggling it all. when i pulled out of the GO, she refunded me as quick and best she could.
