23 tinies (+2 on layaway/in the mail)

I'm really trying to focus on only adding tinies to the family as I am definitely running low on space ^^;

I have 2 dolls currently. If I had all the dolls I currently want I'd have 7.

I have eight in the house, but one is for sale, so I don't really count him. And then I have one floating head which will be getting a body soon. And four full dolls on the way. So in a few short weeks it'll be like this:

3 MSD's + 1 MSD-sized anthro
5 YO's
1 tiny

And then there is the amazingly long wish list, no stopping yet! I know someone who's into three figures too!

I'm holding at 64, most tinies I will hit 65 when Fairyland comes out with a LittleFee Pong!

 

I have 12 girls, plus one WiP girl I keep forgetting about. I don't know how I got that many, they just happen on their own it seems, especially after I tell myself "No more."

Here's a question for those own legions of dolls; where do you put them all? My minis and tinies live on a shelf, while my two SDs have their own seats in the living room.

 

Right now I only have 4, but I can see myself getting up to 20. Getting beyond that would be surprising, but not impossible if I have the finances.

I find it hard to see myself owning so many dolls simply because I haven't found so many that I like and I don't have any character ideas for them (which is what keeps me interested in my dolls). But once I start writing more, I think I'll end up wanting all of my characters from all of my stories in doll form. ^^; That could end up being 50+ for sure!

 

I have WAY TOO MANY DOLLS!!! (yes, this is possible!)

For a long time (years!) I was being good and had under 10... but in the last few years, the doll population at home (and in the world-- grrr! So many new companies making tons of great dolls!), exploded.

My problem is that I don't like selling dolls. I'll sell other stuff before dolls, and so far, I haven't had to sell dolls. So they have gradually become a horde.

This year is my worst doll-buying year yet, and it's not over.

 

I'm in the 21-30 range now and I don't really like having more than that. I feel if I did have more it'd be too hard to handle -- plus I don't have the space. As I've gotten new dolls, I've sold others that I didn't play with as much off.

 

I have close 30+ if you include the floating heads ^.^;; Good to know there are those that have more than me though.

Wow! no one has more than 100 dolls =D I don't think I could handle that many dolls, unless I have them as a collection only but I like to 'play' with them so for me, no more than 15 or else, I would feel overwhelmed.

I've had 11 dolls actually but sold a few of them and now I have 8.

I have 25 dolls right now with three more on the way. I collected dolls since I was little and wanted to join this hobby for over 10 years before I finally jumped in. Now I really need to slow down! To be fair though I didn't buy near as many this year as I did last year...I don't really see an end in sight at this point, though it's a good thing we're about to move to a bigger apartment!

I also have 5 floating Soom heads who are Romantic versions of the sculpts I already have. Except for Thera, just got her and not sure what to do with her yet.

I've got a Soom Sueve on layaway, and I'm waiting for Soom Phylis and IH Bianca.

Does it count if at one point I was at 10? (I am getting back up there again). Only one (expensive as heck) tiny. msd+ only.

I have two dolls : 1 tiny and 1 yosd ^.^

 

At the moment I have 13 dolls:
1 PukiPuki, 2 Pukifees, 2 Littlefees, 2 dragons, 1 KID, 4 Soomlings and 1 Momocolor girl. Sadly 5 of them have not arrived yet...

 

I'm worried mine are due a cull - whenever the numbers have previously got to over 30, there's been some sheedding of dolls/number reduction - 30 seems to be about where I stop playing with all but my favourites once they reach that number - no idea why since I ahve a house full of other dolls and it doens' happen witht he non BJD's...

Although it seems to have been lees of a looming danger since the teenie-tinies (RealPuki, PukiPuki, PukiFee and Banji sizes) seperated themselves out into a distinctly different category... so that's 8 that don't count towards the 30-bjd-limit... And THe Lusion girl is so big she;s in a category of her own too.

So I'm up to 27 (plus a floating head) from Yo-size up through SD size, 8 teenie-tinies (plus 2 incoming), and a Lusion Daish.

I remember my first arrivng and thinking one would be enough.....

I'm in the 11-20 range, with 16 dolls. There are a couple more that I really want, but there are also 2 that I'll probably try to sell. I don't see my collection growing over 20 dolls.

 

I'm right at 40 now, with two on the way.
