Hi there!

Lucien has 18mm Zoukeimura #13 (dark gray) in 18mm.

Azure's default eyes: #19 Blue A in 16mm



These were taken in natural light without a flash.


This is the color that they tend to look all of the time. They have a really rich, blue sapphire color, and are lighter or darker dependng on the light.

Question:

I just got pics from my shopping service of my boy who just shipped out yesterday. I originally asked for GE-5 Thin Blue. Obviously these aren't Thin Blue. Wondering if any of you could tell me what color you think this might be. Sorry, I'm pretty sure this pic shows them much darker than they actually are. I won't know til he gets home, at which point I'll take more pics in good light.

OK, my boy finally arrived. He did end up having the GE-21 BlueGreen eyes but I still think they're too dark and the iris is a bit too big for him.

 

Yes, I think you're right Michelle. It is disappointing. But oh well, I'm still excited about getting my boy. I'll probably sell the eyes. Thanks!

My Tokiya wears GE-01 Kite Purple. A beautiful color, I rarely see it in others' dolls.

They appear much darker in-doll though.

 

Laurmann2000, the first pic is with daylight CFL bulbs, the second pic is with indirect sunlight. I would say the second pic is a more accurate representation.

Zoukeimura and Enchanted dolls both carry wonderful eyes, I wonder if you can order volks' eyes or do you have to get a FCS doll to purchase their eyes?

 

Zoukeimura eyes is only available through FCS order.
However, you can check marketplace here or Yahoo Japan auction to find secondhand ZM eyes.

GE-15 Neosium in 18mm, I bought it secondhand in 2010 shortly after it was discontinued by Volks. The seller claimed this pair was made in 2002-2003.
