Zoukei-mura GK Surfacer?

I know this is a long shot since the product seems pretty new, but has anyone tried this surfacer for priming/surfacing air dry clay? It's designed for priming and surfacing garage kits (but so is Mr. Surfacer as far as I know...) The price is a little better than Mr. Surfacer per mL (on Volks' website at least, I know Mr. Surfacer can be cheaper elsewhere), and it comes in more colors, including clear and skin tone, which is the main reason why I'm interested.

I've tried doing a Google search and all I can find is that it's safe for PU resin and solvent-resistant plastics, but not good for cheaper plastic or vinyl. I haven't tried doing a search in Japanese, though...

I'm mostly wondering how smooth the finished texture is, and if there are any adverse reactions with silicone when casting.

Depending on how much money I have left over from my next paycheck, I might just bite the bullet and purchase a can to test it out, if no one here knows.
