Or anything else you can think of :)

The KH2 pics Sam and I took of Sora and Judas (We made their costumes and drove 2 hours to find a beach):

    7. I like full backrounds when I take my photos, like a sea or green grass and one of my boys nestled in the color. Erebos's recent shoot was one of the best I've gotten where almost every shot I took looked great, even the ones in the snow weren't all that swell. That his costume really went well with the colors, even though I'm not finished with it yet.

      This was surprisingly easy:

And getting Toby to sit still in agonizing poses was hard cause he kept falling over: [IMG]

There's simulated green tea in the cup, and crumbs on the platter, not that you can tell...

In the surprisingly difficult department was this shot from the Sugar and Spice photoshoot:

Yume's hand did not want to rest on each Sakurahime's. First we tried to coax them to do it with white tac... But in the end we had to resort to a bit of nylon thread and tied their hands together!

    18. My most extravagant photo shoot was last month on our road trip to the Pacific. We explored the Icefields Parkway in Jasper National Park (Alberta, Canada) and spent the night at the Icefields Center right beside the terminal moraine for the Athabasca Glacier. It was freezing cold, so I in my parka took a small carpet so I could lay on the frozen ground to get the right angle to photograph my doll with Snow Dome Glacier in the background.

    23. Three years ago, I set up a group photo with about half of my resin kids. The set wasn't fancy, but the posing was a challenge and seemed to take forever:

Then I arranged for Part Two. At the time I had nearly as many floating heads as I had complete dolls, (I still do) so I decided to give most of the floaters their day in the sun. This meant removing nine heads from bodies, redressing some, and re-posing the whole lineup. And wouldn't you know? Many of them slept through the whole thing!

    24. Anyone who knows me as a doll photographer knows that I have very little courage to create photos outside of my own house, so this abandoned cottage shoot was kind of a big deal for me:

I went through three different set-ups before finally finding one that worked with this outfit (draping thin white fabric over a window in case you're curious). These are probably Hansel's fanciest clothes even though making the stuff was a walk in the park.

      (This one's a little big, sorry! x: )
This shoot was basically my way of saying "We have too many god-forsaken wires in the house!"
While I did a terrible job capturing the details in Hansel's clothes, this outfit was the biggest pain in the ass to make, mostly because it required me to make some HUUUUGE pattern pieces for the skirt and the layered sleeves turned out to be way more confusing than I thought they would.

    28. I don't usually do elaborate setups, but I've done a few that took some effort.

This one isn't a big setup, prop wise (what props?) but it notable because I got all of my dolls in one photo. All are standing or sitting unsupported and are not touching each other. Most are even looking at the camera.

My favorite and probably most elaborate setup was a joint effort with my best friend, Kataxenna. My Zephyrus and her Satine got married. Shown are their two kids and a few friends.

Last is Ember. She's always been a 'go all out' kind of girl, and her photoshoots demand I do the same.
(had to behead most of my male dolls for this. haha AND place them so nobody's junk was showing to the camera...lol)

She was also in the second Next Top Doll Model competition, but I wont share any of those photos or I'd go past the 12 image limit.

Extravagance in price? This outfit was the most expensive clothing item I've bought for him.

Extravagance in set-up and prop price? That boy loves his pearls. They were rolling everywhere! Those photographs were difficult to set up. The windowsill was so slim, the pearls were flopping everywhere...

    32. So far it's a tie between these two:

It was a pain redoing the flowers in her hair after every fall. And she managed to fall 4 times. Not to mention coordinating my shots with the fountain that decided to go out...rythmically. (and the passerbys...what on earth were they doing out there at 6am on a Sunday morning?!)

      The other one is this:

Took me approximately 2 years to find a good, dinky place to shoot...not occupied by actual homeless people. Posing was also tricky because I had to accomodate my point'n'shoot...while still indicating some perspective and movement. Yah.

My most extravagant shoot is probably actually this one: http://www.denofangels.com/forums/s...hains-Kevya-IH-Barron-mod-LA-body-(Scar-Mods)
The set is deceptively simple looking, but required a lot of work to put together, with the reeds/straw and the chains and shackles, and then a lot of lighting adjustment, and then a good fifty or so shots to get the maybe six that end up in the shoot. There was also a lot of time spent posing, and angling the camera.

    36. Well, there was the Halloween Party, which required setting (my characters do live in a human-sized world, but it still demands décor), and costumes for all:

Then, there was the massive Easter Presentation, which required a show:
