Your doll's handwriting

Feb 4, 2020

    1. Hello everyone,

I wasn't sure where to put this, so I thought I'd as well make a game out of it :)
The question is: How does your doll's handwriting look like? Take a photo of them holding a piece of paper, write something or similar things.

Handwriting is something very individual. If you have never thought about it before, here is some help on how to do it:
First of all: What do they write? A letter, memo, shopping list, diary, notes during school...?
What pen do they use? Ink, pencil, ball pen, feather? Pay attention to the color and thickness as well. What paper do they like to write on?
Do they write cursive handwriting or blockletters?
Do they write straight, slightly back- or forward (italic) (angle)?
Do they use a lot or less pressure?
Do they write fastly or slowly?
Do they write the capital letters huge, big, same size or even smaller than the rest of the word?
Do they write with left or right hand? They might wipe over the text accidentally because of that.
Are the letters always the same or do they change, e.g. sometimes bigger or the dot of it i sometimes a dot and sometimes a line?
Does the handwriting look especially clear or messy?
Is the line spacing small, normal or wide?
How wide is the gap between words?
Is the writting narrow or wide?
Do they decorate their texts? Do they use smileys? Put sticker on letters?
There are specific letters which define handwriting a lot. These are: t, f, i, m, n. See below.

Of course there will be some things which are difficult to do. E.g. writing fast is difficult with other than your own handwriting. If you don't know what to write, you could use Lorem ipsum (a text without meaning).
Just try, do your best and have fun!

I'm curious to see your photos :3nodding:

      Interesting game. :)
Rei Toei likes to use a turquoise neon marker, she (or IT - because she isn't a human ...long story) writes with both hands, with a light delicate pressure...
I have to think about her style. I don't know everything about her...

    3. My dolls handwriting is mostly long and fluid lines, crossing lines, and slanted. She writes with mostly pen and ink. She's left handed just like me! part of why her hand writing is slanted is because she had to angle her hand an odd way as to not smudge the ink.
