Shopping yahoo japan auction agent?

May 7, 2014

    1. HI does anyone know someone in japan that can purchse items on Yahoo japan auctions

    2. I have always used rinkya. they are very reliable, some people complain that their fees are high, or higher than others doing it, but I felt the service was worth it they also have a built in search portal for yahoo japan auctions.

    3. I use buyee.com - their fees are pretty good, although not the best, and they make the whole thing so easy - in fact it's a bit too easy! I used to use one called Juno's bid service and the service was great but now his fees are too high compared with buyee.

    5. Thanks all. I am going to try shopping mall japan.

    6. I'm now using Japamart, they have quite complicated ordering and paying system, but communication is great. Fees are also reasonable. I will update this post as soon, as my doll arrive. :3nodding:

    7. Any other YJA proxy for updates? :o I want to buy a doll from YJA but not sure with what proxy service. I am dealing right now with tenso with lots of confirmation. I even sent my birth certificate for them to confirm that my mom is my mother. Also they made me write my full name including my middle name. I felt a bit abused since I want to have my privacy as a person. Never did I had a problem with shipping any items without my middle name.

Buyee now, I have searched that they have a negative feedbacks. While reading the said feedbacks, they said that buyee changed. I have used their service before around 2013-2014 but with all the negative feedbacks, I'm a bit worried with them. Glad I just ordered a small pin from them and currently waiting.

    8. Other options are Japonica Market, Celga, and White Rabbit Express! I personally use Tenso to buy from a different Japan-based store, and I believe I had to send them a scan of my driver's license to prove my identity; Celga and White Rabbit Express don't have the same requirement!

Japonica Market will actually place bids for you in auctions (I've done this with them in the past, and it was pretty handy!); White Rabbit Express will do the same, although I personally haven't done this with them yet! It's been a long time since I've bought anything using Celga, so I honestly can't say whether they offer the same bidding service, but their buying service was always excellent!

Out of these three, my personal favorite is probably Japonica Market.

    9. I use ZenMarket - ZenMarket - Japan Shopping & Proxy Service - The best way to buy from Japan! - and, honestly, I think they're wonderful. Incredibly easy to use website, very reasonable fees, and a range of shipping options to choose from.

I've won 2 doll auctions through them and, again, could not be happier with the ease, price and quality of their service.

(I also use Jauce - Yahoo Japan Auctions. eBay Japan - to search with, as they have a number of pre-set search functions, but then just copy the item code into ZenMarket and purchase it through them.)

    10. I have used buyee around 50 times in past year with nothing but good experiences. My only complaint would be that they take the boxes from the seller and wrap them in bubble wrap in an even bigger box if you consolidate packages, but sometimes that is good too. Also the free storage time is limited to 30 days now.

    11. I apologize if this question has been asked, but is it normal for buyee to block certain yahoo auction items?

    12. Do you mean like Buyee not letting you bid on certain auctions? It's probably because the seller has made it known that they do not want to sell to proxies or overseas buyers. There are a number of sellers like that on Yahoo Japan Auctions.

There are also certain items that I think Japan has shipping restrictions on for private sales, such as items containing batteries or liquids.

    13. That may be the case where the seller blocked proxies. It was just an SDM with magnetic ears. Oh well.

      Thank you for your help!

    14. It's worrying to hear that they have accumulated negative feedback, could you perhaps tell me what kind of negative feedback it is or post a link to where it is? I've just bought a few things and I'm slightly worried now

    15. ive used buyee and zenmarket but i prefer zenmarket just cuz im more familiar with them. White Rabbit Express is also an option but their fees can be kind of high
