Xmas 2024 Show off what Santa brought you!

I got some OT blind box dolls and a cute wig.

The wig is from Temu, but is actually really nice! I was pleasantly surprised!

 

Funnily enough, my Miracle Doll Lan Qi was delivered by UPS around 8 PM on Christmas Eve. I dressed her in some available clothes after I unboxed her on Christmas morning. I had the eyes waiting for her, but still need to get her a wig. Here she is-

I think this year was the most spoiled I've ever been as far as doll things. The on topic highlights are a ResinSoul Dai and Nothing Sapiens Ino from my husband, Withdoll Adriana head (I bought the body) from my sister, and Creature Dolls Mini Bactro/Doll Chateau hybrid and Nothing Sapiens One Little Alien from my mom! I also have the XagaDoll conjoined twins on the way, too, also from my mom. My sister surprised me with a few other tinies, but they are off topic for the forum, mostly due to being 3D printed. My husband also got me some lucky bag SD clothes, but they unfortunately didn't make it in time. Oh well, just means I get to celebrate again when it gets here!

I didn't actually get any doll things this year! Mostly because when I got doll things last year, my family were really not interested in watching me open them which kind of killed the excitement a bit (like, I'm not interested in a lot of their hobbies either but I can still be excited for them! It really bummed me out that they couldn't at least try).

So anyway, yeah, I didn't ask for doll things even though I would have liked some. I just ordered the doll things I wanted myself, and hopefully they will arrive soon (I ordered a body for my Migidoll Miho, and an off topic doll).

However! I did get a really generous amount of money off my dad. I put most of it into my savings, but it is making me feel better about possibly buying more dolls/doll things soon...

 

We don't really do any christmas gifts with my friends and family anyway (maybe just some small crafts for fun), but I ordered some items for my dolls on christmas day as a a little treat. Pre-holidays is a horribly stressful time with parcels from overseas so I'm glad they're coming a bit later

 

A friend sent me a few gifts~ Cheby got his "up until 6am arguing on reddit" eyes and Volta got a pair of lace gloves!
Liam and Volta both got new wigs that showed up on Christmas eve, so I'm counting them even if it wasn't intentional. They're so new I haven't styled them yet.

Another non-intentional Christmas gift—The replacement chest piece for my boy's Xaga body was delivered the morning of Christmas Eve! I hadn't been able to do anything with him before that, so I got his body put back together that day and set him up by my tree.

I wish I could but she's still stuck in transit! This is a resin fashion BJD from Dollmore that I've been coveting for nearly a decade. I finally found one used, reasonably priced, in a nice outfit and wig even, and she's still out there traveling somewhere between Missouri and New York. It was over a week and she hadn't even left Missouri.

The tracking has been really vague and the arrival date has been pushed back 3 times now. We have bad weather coming up cross country so it could be 2 weeks in all before she even shows up.

She's a Dollmore Rhodonite Sara and when she finally shows I will be delighted to show her off!

I've been busy lately, but I have been photoshoot plans for these outfits. I'm filled with love and appreciation for my family. (Santa give the very generous gift-givers some nice legos and stationary back!)
