Xaga Doll Waiting Room V.1

My status with my order for Taobao changed to AWAITING SHIPPING! They have my doll! Shriek shriek! I paid on February 10, but I don't think they put in the order until March 10... It got to them yesterday so it was essentially 2 months to the DAY! I'm so happy! ; v ; I can't wait to have my Sylvia... ee!

 

The order from March 16th from Mint on Card with my doll will be arriving soon! Mint on Card shipped the package today. I figured some would like to know how the wait time was.

 

I have finally decided on my first BJD. It is Xaga doll Cyrus, who is 30 cm. He is small and I think safe to start with and his face spoke to me. I am so happy. I have made layaway plans for him. I know it is very long wait for him, but I am so excited and content. He will have his own space by the time I get him home. Yes!!

 

Congrats on your decision and first doll! Yes, waiting for the doll to come home can be hard sometimes, but planning, dreaming and searching for wigs and eyes make the time go faster. I ordered Kimi via Jeeryama more than a week ago. It's about 2-3 months wait. So hi.
And just wondering that maybe it'd be useful to make a waiting list? It's really helpful.

 

I have bought Elise she is 60 cm she will be my first BJD she may be to big for my fist BJD, but she spoke to me as well. Its about 12 to 14 week wait so about 2 to 3 month wait.

 

Congrats Julia, I think Elise will be the perfect first bjd! Xagadoll dolls are really lovely quality whilst being at the cheaper end of the scale, they really are the best of both worlds

 

Xaga are super-fast somehow. I got my Kimi today o_O

She's all double jointed and has quite reasonable range of movement. She's quite 'stiff' though if that makes sense, she stands solidly and sits solidly but doesn't lounge very well XD

Can't wait to get her home so I can make her wig and get her face done is the wait usually super long if your order through MoC? I just ordered her at lunch and got an updated email that they will order her with the small bust option

MoC says it can take 40 weeks. ;_; but I needed the 6 month layaway. I'll be patiently waiting. :3

 

Seems MOC are good like that, they try to give a realistic wait time before you order. I world use them if the UK didn't tax dolls shipped from the US at 20%.

 

Yea I knew it was gonna be a long wait :/ but if I had ordered her last year I would've had her by now lol but at least I know it was the right girl for me if I still want her after a year and my hubby was nice enough to buy her for me for my birthday not that she'll be here by then but it's still the best bday present I've gotten!

Ooo how nice of him!!!! I was looking at zenobia for a while. I wasn't sure about the fullset so i got her blank. I already got 3 outfits for her. Her wig and eyes are on their way too.

 

Yea it was super sweet of him, now I'm hoping to find someone who has the red obsidian body so I can get a few more measurements so I can make her a few things so she won't be naked

I was too excited to receive CiCi and I totally forgot to updated here T.T She arrived at April 21st but Xaga actually shipped her out in February, this crazy delay is because the combining shipment thing taobao provided.....but anyways I was surprised the wait time is only 2 month despite that issue XD

Hi everyone! ^^ I ordered a Xagadoll Mizzle through Mint on Card on February 7th of this year! I am sooooo anxious to have her home but I knew it would be a long wait I am still mentally smacking myself for taking so long to decide to get her, because if I ordered her ONE DAY EARLIER my order would have been submitted to Xagadoll right away. My order didn't actually get submitted until April 2nd...
It's going to be so exciting when I finally get her, she's going to be my fairy queen

 

Joining in! I ordered my Mizzle on the 9th 0f June, right before the next submission. It's been about 20 weeks already and still nothing :P longest doll wait ever, I have put her out of my mind completely until I hear she's on her way. I don't wanna think about the long wait.

 

I'm nearing the end of the 40 week wait, I hope my Emily arrives soon.

 

I ordered my Xaga doll Nono through Jeeryamas website. I ordered him on the 25th and am still dying lol. does anyone know about Xaga dolls normal wait time?

I placed my order in January and I just passed the end of the 40 week wait in October. At this point I've kind of changed how my waiting feels and I might want to sell the Elsie I ordered as things have shifted.

I'm going to be really interested in seeing Mizzle! She was very tempting when I saw her on MoC.

 

Depending on who you order through, the wait time can be up to 40 weeks long. But it's definitely worth it, Xaga's dolls are so beautiful.

 

My little Emily arrived this week! She has such small facial features. Her head is a little smaller than Lara's. I got her on a small bust female body, and I have to say, I think I prefer the small bust body to the regular one. The small bust body has good mobility in the torso, similar to the large bust body. The arms are a bit thicker, but the hands don't have as much mobility. The high heel legs are different from the large bust body as well, they aren't strung all the way through. So, I'll have to restring her to change her to flat feet. She isn't quite what I expected her to be, so I'm hoping I warm up to her.

 

yeah I was told probably January at the latest. so not to far off for me. but i'm super excited still.

 

idk if itll be that long Jerryama told me it'd be like 3-4 months. and probably January he'd be in. i'm crossing my fingers.

 

I've been waiting since June this year for my girl.
