Xaga Doll Waiting Room V.1

This is the waiting room but I think we are getting so used to waiting that we usually don't post here. Xaga is slow. My little Linglan full set took nine months. Clothes seem to be an issue with them. A doll without clothes might be faster.

Thanks @Sanduhr. I'm not sure whether to order through a dealer like Alice's Collections or to try the Taobao store. I'd need to use an intermediary to buy through Taobao, but I've heard that the wait time is a lot less that way. Did they give you an approximate wait time when you ordered?

 

With shipping the way it is now, I would recommend a dealer you can communicate with directly.

 

Good advice @nancy_schroeder_ca. I've already experienced some shipping problems and being able to communicate easily was helpful.

 

The goods detail page has witten down the wait time, it's about 50 - 90 days.

 

That's not a bad wait at all @Sanduhr. I hope that yours comes in that time frame.

 

I waited about 9 months for my xagadoll mini ann, finally received her in early summer. Now I'm back on the waiting train for a white skin Maltose. I couldn't resist her little chibi look

I ordered through legenddoll last time but I've had some problems with them lately with another order, so this time I went with Alice's collections.

EDIT: I asked AC what their current wait time was for Xaga and they said 8 months

 

Thanks for that update on wait time from AC @Cydril. I've had Xagadoll Lara in my shopping cart on AC for the past week but hadn't decided for sure whether or not to go through with the purchase. I'm thinking now that I won't do it because I'm really not up for an 8 month wait. I have some dolls on order from another company that will be a year or more wait and I think that's enough of a test of my patience . Maybe I'll find a Lara secondhand.

 

I bought a xaga back in... 2016 I believe? And reading these recent posts has been shocking. Mine got to me in one month near exactly, 60cm, with company faceup, and ordered from Alice's. I wonder what changed?

Hello everyone! So i am seeing a lot of posts about there being a really long wait. A friend just ordered a fullset, and heard the wait might be a year...is that true?

 

I did a big order from XagaDoll through Clover-Singing on December 26th, but I forgot to post about it! I ordered three dolls: Zoe 63cm Boy in white skin with faceup, Ximigo 40cm in white skin with faceup, and Kimi in normal skin with faceup!!! Can’t wait!!!

 

Wait..Ximigo 40cm? I thought she was 27cm? I do love her though. Her sweet little smile is adorable.

I ordered a fullset clear quartz through Alice's back in June, and according to an update last month she should be ready right about now. Given the holidays, I'm hopeful that she'll be on her way to me sometime around the end of the month.

It seems a 6-8 month wait time is around normal for them now.

 

I ordered my first small doll, Candy with face up, through Alice Collections, she’s paid just waiting on her now but I see there’s a bit of a wait for these dolls so won’t hold my breath to see her soon lol. I think I got spoilt by how quickly I received other dolls must be patient

 

I ordered a Green Obsidian Cotton Candy fullset with body blushing in November through AC and I’m sooo excited! I absolutely adore Xaga’s 1/6 heart body! I will for sure be making a ref post with it when she arrives. My preference for 1/6 bodies is semi-mature (think middle school) so not really yosd style. And they just rolled out an MSD version too! It’s on my wishlist for sure! I ordered heel legs and extra hands with my cotton candy and Alice was even kind enough to get me in touch with Xaga so I could order the shoes too! The heart body heel legs wear yosd size very high heels (stilettos) which are hard to find on the market. Not sure when she’ll arrive but I trust Alice 100%

 

Omg me too! She’s technically going to be my second 1/6 scale but my first one (a DZ) hasn’t arrived yet either lol. Did you choose the large or small bust? I went with the small. Like I wrote in my post I really like a semi-mature look for 1/6 scale. I’m not very fond of the true yosd style and also not as fond of small fully mature dolls.

 

Hey I'm just lurking, I haven't ordered a xagadoll, but I'm so happy to hear some people have ordered the 1/6 heart body!! I love the body shape so much, i definitely wanna order one, one day but I'm kinda hoping for more head options. I look up owner pics every once in awhile but I can never find any.

I know it won't be for awhile, but I look forward to your ref post lol

Interesting. Where did you order her from? On AC you could choose the small bust (her default) or the large bust (Malt Sugar’s default). But you could order either option with either doll since it’s the same body

 

Jumped in and ordered a Sylvia, boy version, on layaway from Alice Collection. The long wait time made me hesitate a lot, and I thought to get a different doll instead but... I just love that face too much, so I'll just have to be patient orz

 

Well I took the plunge and ordered a green obsidian Maltose. Not looking forward to that wait time but I couldn't resist her little heart knees anymore.

Hey hey, my Maltose shipped today! Almost 6 months to the day, much faster than they said! Maybe Xaga is getting themselves together

Heres a quick pic of Maltose before she goes off to the faceup artist! First impressions, she holds a pose really well, and shes a bit smaller than I imagined. Shorter than the DollPamm tinies. She also didnt come with any eyes.

Hi everyone my xaga doll mini Zoe just shipped! They should be here sometime next week so I’m super excited. The wait for my doll was around 7 months, But it did ship a whole month earlier then I was told it would take!

I should have posted in here ages ago, but at the end of April I put in an order through Alice Collections for (another) Sylvia! (A girl this time—I've had a male one for a few years.) It's been so long since I ordered from them, the shipping time sure has gotten longer...! When I ordered my first 3 it was only 2-3 months! Granted, this was a few years ago.

Is there an "official" waitlist for Xaga? (Like, in the wiki?) I didn't see one but I might have missed it.

I think my boy Sylvia has been sent (at least, I don't think I have any other ongoing order with AC at the moment, so it has to be him)
In a weird turn of event, I find myself hoping he doesn't arrive too soon, because I'm leaving tomorrow for a week long holiday abroad. I didn't even think to warn AC not to send it, because when I emailed them a few weeks ago, they told me the current wait was 6 to 7 month, so I wasn't expecting him to be sent until august or septembre (I ordered him in early february)
Oh well. On the "good" side, with all the new tax regulations on buying products from abroad, even if he arrives while I'm gone he'll almost certain be left at the post office since I'll need to pay those taxes

I weirdly didn't get taxes to pay on him, even though we're supposed to pay them on everything now? Well, I won't complain of course

I meant to update last week, but--my girl arrived! Way before I was ready! I put in the order at the end of March through Alice's Collections, and she arrived last Wednesday (7/21)! About 4 months' waiting, give or take. The shipping was so fast too! She even came a couple of days earlier than the FedEx estimate.

 

I placed my order through Alice's Collections for Linglan on March 25. Over the weekend I contacted them for an update and Xaga told them it would likely be another two months for me

 

Mainland China being recently hit by the delta variant might have something to do with prolonged waiting times... Last I heard from the news, Wuhan has been hit again and is under 'targeted lockdown' and I think Xagadoll is based in Wuhan? At least, its sister company Asleep Eidolon is.

 

I wish them all good health but, just my luck. Covid need to kiss it.

I ordered a Xagadoll Crêpes Mint Chocolate with newcloversinging on 5/27. She gave me a wait time estimate of around 5-6 months. I hope to see her around October if I can get lucky~ Did anyone else order Minty or Soufflé?

 

Seeing people getting shipping notices is making me feel better about my own long wait, and not to mention even more excited!! I ordered my 1/3 Zoe Boy, 1/4 Ximigo, and 1/6 Kimi (all with faceups) back in December through Clover-Singing and so far it’s been a 9 month wait. Maybe it’s just because mine was a large order? But fingers crossed that I’ll get the email before long that they’ve arrived and are ready to ship!!

 

Hello everyone. So I finally sold my customized Alastor from Hazbin Hotel 70cm Angell Studio doll, and I used the money to buy myself a Xaga Doll 60cm. I just placed an order through a local dealer today, and now I'm super excited. Another long long long wait for me.

 

Ordered a blank Elsiee on May 1st, 2021 from Alice's Closet.

Arrived yesterday, 9/8/2021.

Fed-Ex shipping took less than a week after my until shipping notification, so if you have the option, definitely select it! (Another order I had from them shipped two weeks earlier, and it's still in China...)

Not really the place for this, but: strong resin smell, a little loosely strung (this is my first 60cm doll, though so maybe that's expected), very safely packaged, absolutely gorgeous sculpt.

Quite happy with her! Four months didn't seem like so long of a wait.

 

9 months? Keep me updated please~ I'm curious to see when your new dolls will arrive.

By the way guys.. for 59cm Xaga Doll, what jointed hands best suit for this size? I heard. That dikadoll jointed hands is too big for Xaga Doll.. is DFH jointed hands okay? :/

 

I received one of my Sirius twin boys yesterday he is so cute! Unfortunatelly he has a broken finger.

 

I ordered two fullset dolls on February 20, 2021 and received one on October 1, 2021. The other doll is still in production. That’s about seven months, give or take.

 

Still waiting for the Fullset Birthday Cake I ordered in March... It'll soon be 7 months and I saw that someone has received theirs, so I asked Christina/Clover Singing about it and she says Xagadoll is very delayed with the production of fullset dolls at the moment... And that it'll now take 8 to 10 months... orz

 

I’m also still waiting on Birthday Cake, although I’ve received Strawberry Shortcake. Hopefully they ship soon!
