Accessories Would MMD fit clothes chibi unoa?

I have a chibi unoa I want to get clothes for and I'm wondering if MMD clothes could fit the chibi unoa body? They are both in the mini size so I hope at least some can swap stuff (especially shoes!!)

But if not, what could could fit a chibi unoa? I've mainly dressed mine with thrift store doll clothes (and 3 pairs of shoes but not good ones)
