66cm+ Dolls Working on my bjd head...

Using URL link is pretty inconvenient...
This white one at right side is my doll head sample.
The left one is april story's raven head, which is sd17.
I printed this sample in FDM to check my head's size and it has pretty a lot of problem.




You can see that there's a hole at neck side, because it is too thin.




So, I filled it.



I love his ear, though. I've done my best while making his ear.
I never learned anything about anatomy, so it has took almost 1 year making this head. Uhhh...
Freaking sculpting programs... It was hard to learn because I knew nothing about that.

I'll make another sample in FDM next time. A little bigger, and thicker one.
If the sclupt sample is OK, than I'll print it in SLA. Thanks for reading it.

 

Thanks a lot! I modified his neck because its neck hole was too small for s hook.

Finally I sent him to Haru casting and waiting for his head
He will come to me in July.
I'm very happy to meet him!



This is his 3d modeling I made by zbrush core.
He wears 14mm small pupil eyes and his skin color is syringa.
Hope I get him soon!
