Withdoll 16cm Tinies Discussion

I got a Donny-Panda in August (just before their order period ended), she arrived at the end of October. She's super poseable and very cute!

congratulations Musume!!! is really very sweet and looks that poses great!! I'm anxious to see pictures of your new dolly!!!

 

I would like to see it in other colors!, I've only seen the web.

 

Has everyone seen the new 16cm dolls they've released?? Withdoll has a sale on them right now!!!

 

is the skin is shiny? :/ it looks kinda shiny for me. im interested to buy one of their new tinies

 

The new dolls are really cute and the discounted price is so tempting but I find I don't keep dolls this size, plus the ice cream outfit is adorable too.

I think the shiny resin is what they meant about the 'sunscreen' resin, but you can see the face with face-up isn't that shiny because of the sealant so a layer of msc on the body or just the hands might help.

 

I really like these new tines, and the ice-cream outfit is adorable. Super tempted with that discounted price . Strawberry is my favorite I think.

the price is great but I find the body proportion is wrong or something is out

 

lol i agree with you when first i saw naked doll pic. but maybe bcause their old sculpt head is very big? but not sure is the current one is smaller xD

 

Ahh the new tinies are so yummy I absolutely love the ice cream headpieces :') And the clothes, ahhhh!! Such a cute idea!

About the proportions, yeah that little girl on the OP had a bigger head, but I think with these new ones they're more proportionate, at least they look like so in the photos

 

I've ordered the fullest minus face up strawberry! She's so cute and I love the outfit. I want here here now. I'm in a weird kick for 16cm dolls... Normally I prefer msd or 11cm ... But strawberry's face and outfit is toooo much

My daughter ordered a chocolate in normal skin.

 

I really like Strawberry and Chocolate! their full sets are super adorable. Reallllyyyyy wishing I had the funds for one right now. too cute!

 

I believe their faces are more mature in proportion--the eyes are higher on the head than they would be on a child, and may be too far apart. Also the nose is very distinct, when a child would have more fat in the area around the bridge of the nose. I speak from experience when I say it's tricky to sculpt a child when perhaps you don't have access to a live child while you're working.

 

I ordered the Withdoll Chocolate in Brown Tan; he'll be so perfect next to my Crobidoll Coffee :3

 

Wow, I definitely like the new tinies better than Donny. The heads are completely different.

 

Wow, the posing looks really impressive (and the music is adorable!) If I can get everything organized in time, I'll definitely be ordering a chocolate, I can't wait!

 

I cannot wait to get her... I'm going to lose what marbles I have left due to excitement

I tried to stay away from them but Strawberry was just too much...!
I ordered a cream white boy and I plan on turning him into a ragdoll kitty~

 

lol im in a BIG confusion in between strawberry with white rose skin or normal. any ideas? xD

Musume i have ordered white rose skin strawberry from withdoll and they said it will come to me fast hopefully before my birthday. im excited! xD

after the cynthia desaster i never want a withdoll again. but for this price i can't do anything wrong

 

Sighs, it didn't work out for me, I won't have the funds ready until next week which is too late. Oh well, I can't wait to see what everyone does with these little ones once they get home

 

Musume: I genuinely hope they do that! A friend and I worked together to order a real uv Chocolate boy and a rose white Strawberry girl. I wish I could have gotten a Vanilla... but maybe someday. Either way, I'm so excited! Unfortunately I added them to my Aiden and Kyle so I'm hardly even expecting to get them this year at this point. XD

 

For those of us who ordered the ice cream kids ( looks like we're quite a few ), I wonder how long we should expect to wait until they're ready >.> The website mentions 8 weeks which seems small for a limited? Then again this is my first time ordering from withdoll so I'm unsure about their typical wait times and if they're accurate.

 

I'm not sure about the wait either since it's my first time ordering from them as well.

 

I ordered Strawberry in non-UV brown tan. I won't hold my breath waiting... Especially as I ordered her in tan: they probably cast all the other coloured Strawberrys first and there seems to be quite a lot of them. She/he seems to be the most popular out of the three and I think most ordered her/him in rosy white. About the eight weeks waiting time, if you check Withdoll mini discussion and waiting room you'll notice that their waiting times tend to be way longer than they say.

My strategy is always to expect my doll in six months and then be happily surprised if they ship sooner.

cynthia got broken leg (2times) WD Send me 2new legs. Her FU is nice but not like the pictures. Her leather Outfit is a Pain in the *** to dress on.

Does Someone know if pukifee or lati yell dress will fit the WD Tiny?

 

Ah, that makes me feel better as well. I was looking forward to a Vanilla, but bigger dolls came & gobbled up my doll funds, lol. I'll keep my fingers crossed about a basic rerelease ^_^

 

Yes, I very much wanted a Vanilla as well... I feel vast amounts of remorse over it. XD but who knows, maybe someday I'll grab one secondhand.

Finally paid them off, now I'm just over eagerly waiting for them to arrive. Did anyone here order a Vanilla? I'm eager to see owner photos (when everyone's kids get in).

Musume: thanks so much! You've made me feel much better about neglecting Vanilla. XD I've never done a bo but I think I'm going to give it a try. That's too many dolls not to do one!

And Cookie is just so cute! Tbh, I'm not the biggest fan of Donny's sculpt but yours is so super cute! I've always wanted a kitty girl bjd. The color is really nice too. Is that their real uv?

That's wonderful! I ordered one of my boys in brown tan UV , but I was terrified it was going to be too dark. But I see from your photos of Cookie that it will work perfectly. Withdoll just has the most gorgeous tans.

The ones I've ordered are real UV Chocolate, rose white Strawberry, brown tan UV Aiden, and dark brown UV Kyle. I am so excited. And crazy. XD my friends think I'm crazy too... sounds like I'll have all the colors you don't! XD together, with a grey doll, we'd have all the colors. XD
