The new snow foxes are super adorable!
I especially love Lena... even though I don' t really want such a small doll I' m super tempted!

 

Jax is one of my favourite dolls of Withdoll and I love the face up of the Snow Fox.
Lena is also very cute.
I will order Jax. Will anyone else order a Snow Fox?

 

I would love to get a Snow Fox as a companion to my Little Fox Lucy. I'm hoping WithDoll makes them available again at a later date, because right now I'm saving up for a different doll.

 

I'm ordering Lena if I can in time. She's absolutely adorable and I love the fox suit!! The other two look so good as well, Penn is a package of cute, Jax's expression is amazing. But I've been looking through tinies for a while already, and none really caught my attention.. but Lena really tugged at my heart in that "It'll be very painful if I can't get you" kind of way.

edit: Oh no.. ;; boyfriend is making me lean toward Penn, as it's his character I'm shelling. They're both seriously too cute~~! Such indecision!

 

Oh my goodness, I just love Penn! I've got three tinies on order already and I'm getting a Tiny Delf during the Christmas event too! I'm so tempted to get Penn ahh!

@Este did you receive any confirmation of your order? Or anyone else if they've ordered any of these little babies? I placed my order but haven't received any emails and there was no payment info on the order page. I also posted a question on their site a few days ago but it seems like radio silence from them for a few days now.

 

@aae3748 I ordered Penn in the end, on layaway. While there was no email (might have been - I deleted spam before checking) the order did show up on my orders page. Then I just sent the layaway deposit to their paypal email. I wrote to QA that I paid my deposit and they updated my status accordingly.

 

I'm curious how the Withdoll Tinies look next to other dolls of this size. Does anyone have other tinies and could post a few pictures. I'm most interested in Pukifee, Lati Yellow and Tinydelf.

 

Heard back from withdoll today and I'm all good to go, whoop!

@Feylla I know I've seen comparisons with Tiny Delf and pukifee I believe, let me see if I can find the pictures again. I did the research recently so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

 

@Feylla ah I'm sorry, the comparison I was thinking of was with an Aquarius doll 16, not withdoll. In the research I've done, I believe the withdoll tiny is more similar in dimensions to the tiny delf than pukifee. Lati yellow has a one piece torso but is the same height as withdoll.

I think the size of the bodies is very similar.The reason I'm interested in this is because I would like to know, if they would fit together in an aesthetic way. I think I never saw pictures of Withdoll tinies with those of another company.

 

@Faylla - Aesthetically WithDoll tinies do work with Pukifee. Be aware that WithDoll gives all the head measurements as 14.5cm, but some tinies have smaller heads than others. My Lucy and Laney have different size heads. I can't measure without getting them out of their animal suits, but you can see the difference even with all the fur. I'll take a photo of them with my Pukifee Rin tomorrow.

About the head size I can say that my Moss have a bigger head than my Coco and Stacy. Not only the head size differ, but also the style of the Withdoll tinies is very variable. I wonder a bit if they have different artists.

 

@aae3748, yeah, i recieved confirmation on the next day after my first payment.
And i was fortunate enough to make full payment in the next day too xD
And when i wrote about it in their Q&A section - i recieve positive answer in one day.

So i have no problem with Withdoll in the end) Just waiting for my little foxy for now :3


I already have white colored Cecily from Withdoll... And she is a fox too xD So interesting how they will look together. They definitely should be relatives :3

 

Sorry for the delay--Flickr is acting weird today. Here are WD Laney (sheep), Lucy (fox) and PukiFee Rin (also a sheep, but not wearing her animal parts). The animal costumes make it hard for my WithDolls to stand up. Lucy wouldn't stand up no matter how long I tried.

 

@ Vermont chick Thanks for the picture. This helps me a lot. I'm amazed that Laney and Rin look pretty good together. I didn't though that the styles fit so good together. However I think Lucy and Rin doesn't fit so good together, because of Lucys headsize. Her large head looks super cute in the fox suit.
Sad to hear that they can't stand in their animal suit. My WDs wear casual clothes only and they can pose very well.

 

Lucy is absolutely adorable!! I wish I discovered BJDs when they had her for sale.. I only got into them a few days ago and found that I missed out on a lot of gems :'( Hopefully they'll make another Lucy-like head/make-up and offer the fox costume for purchase or something ;-;

As for the snow foxes, I can't decide between Lena or Penn, they're both beautiful...

 

Maybe you're in luck and Withdoll rerelease Lucy. They did this with some of their releases, but I'm not sure if they do this with all.

 

WD does re-release the tinies, sometimes in the same costumes and other times in different costumes. Jax, for instance, has shown up in at least two different costumes as well as a basic doll. The last time they released the sheep and wolf story they said it was the last chance, but they haven't said that about the foxes. They never offer the costumes alone. If they did, I think people would buy one doll and stock up on costumes.

 

Today a little Snow Fox jumped into my shopping cart. I changed my mind and didn't ordered a Jax and bought a Lena instead.

 

My Lena will be with foxy suit but i want to make her something casual to wear...
Ordered cute boots from mudoll :3 and want to knit long sweater.

 

Did you see the new handparts, that Withdoll released today with the basic Stella and Vivian? I wish they would sell them separately.

 

The hands are adorable. If they sold them separately I would buy all three.

I'm a little bit sad, that the handparts are just an event. Hope they will release them more often or even more different hands.

Has anyone heard any news on their snow foxes? My order hit the two month mark today so I’m hoping to hear some news any day now

 

I hope they start shipping soon. So I can see a few ownerpictures until mine arrive. I think my order won't arrive until january, because I fully paid my order before three weeks.

 

I just paid off my Snow Fox Penn, so it'll be quite a while until she arrives. I do hope people will get their Snow Foxes soon so I can survive the wait by at least looking at others cuties.

I'm figuring out what color eyes may work better for her...the darker ones don't really seem to photograph well.

 

I've noticed that with dark eyes. That's why most of my dolls end up with light blue, light green or light violet.

 

@Einnn has your Penn arrived yet?! Mine arrived on December 27th but she doesn’t have a faceup so I’m curious to see one with a faceup if yours has one.

 

@aae3748 Sadly mine was a layaway! I paid her off in early December, and I don't know when they start producing items. If they start when they have all the money, then I won't see mine until spring. Mine will have the Withdoll faceup though, it was so cute and perfect for the character I have. I look forward to seeing yours!

 

My order was with faceup too but Withdoll promised to sent it just on this week =(
(i ordered Lena actually but after few days i asked Withdoll to change mold for Penn and they agreed )

 

@Este Oooh please do post photos when she does arrive! Still haven't seen a single owner pic of the foxes. I had a hard time choosing between Lena or Penn too..

@Einnn I hope yours ships quickly! I haven’t taken any photos yet, I got lazy with my box openings over the holidays I’m trying to decide if I’m going to send some dolls out for faceups or try to do them myself but I’ll definitely take before and after pics!

@Este Ahh so many Penn foxes, I love it! I actually posted on their q&a to politely ask if there were any updates and they said she would ship the next day!

@Este What size eyes are in your Penn? I'm struggling to find eyes that really work well in mine. I only have 14mm and 12mm eyes so I'm debating trying 10mm and I wanted to see if anyone else has tried

 

@aae3748 I have a Penn as well and she wears 14 mm from Candy kitten on etsy. Can’t say I’ve tried 10mm in her but they may be too small?
