20–39cm Dolls WIP: my first BJD "Asa"

This is Asa (Aezar), one of my original characters, a shapechanger - of sorts. I'm using their image as my avatar currently. This is the form they generally take when interacting with other sentients on their adoptive homeworld. I was originally going to make them in scale with another sculpture in the works at 1/12. But after the initial sketch and a rough head sculpt, I realised I really wanted to work larger for a change. (I tend to work small when I paint) I also changed materials from super sculpey to premier and loving it. Here are a few process pics. More up on my public Patreon page too.
