my first attempt of a male bjd oh dear, there is inside a lot of work., The time is running out and I have too little time to work quickly, between jobs, household and childcare,Therefore, please excuse that it progressed with my dolls at last longer.:dead
hi,I modeled the torso from plasticine, the rest is paperclay. the next step, the joints, but I must have cut up the poor guy, I hope this goes well:XD thank you for your look and comment!!
Hello again,Please excuse the long wait. Today I would like to inform you about the progress of my first male doll. Therefore, here's a photo of the three heads of the Junkmold. The 4th is in progress and the body is 80% completed. The material is porcelain and the heads are now in the raw and very fragile. Constructive criticism is welcome. The heads are 5.5 cm high. Thanks for the look. View attachment 209
I like his...infraorbital triangle area? You can feel the nose flowing into the horizontal part of the cheekbones. the corners of his mouth look too shallow, especially the bottom lips. It might help to add the little pudgy flesh beside the corners...? (This video shows what I mean about the pudgy flesh at the corners of the mouth: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzBs3PM2W_4)
I really admire his face. His features are beautifully sculpted and full of personality His body is coming along nicely too. Great work!
Hello @penguu Thank you for the hint, I see what you mean. My 3 heads have these fatty spots also, just not as pronounced. I will the next head pay more attention to the chin. Thank you for your help! @aneemal Thank you!!^__^
