This is really a box opening, but since it's going to be a multi-parter, I figured I should put it here. After several attempts to sabotage the order, Wiishu is trying very hard to accept his role as 'big brovver' to the incoming cuteness. The chase continues: Wiishu gets a widdle brovver: Part Two Wiishu gets a widdle brovver: Part Three (Link to the list of Wiishu's other DoA stories.) TBC
And part five: Part five: TBC Wiishu gets a widdle brovver: Part Two Wiishu gets a widdle brovver: Part Three
Really? Is that a rule I missed all these years? Box Openings: Many box opening threads tell a story, however the point of the story is the arrival of a new doll. These belong in the Box Opening Gallery (in the Community forum/Doll Concepts and Arrivals subforum). Wiishu being organized is such a hoot!
Baka's right, but it's ADORABLE! oooh all the magic, and Wishu trying very hard to make him feel welcome.
Note to the moderators: If there is a problem with the number of images please please please just tell me rather than delete the thread! I'll fix it ASAP! Wiishu was sooo cute, trying to be a proper big brovver. As you'll see, the Pookster seriously challenges his good intentions!
It's almost weird when in the middle of a box opening and when you see the doll, the character you thought was shelled inside is missing and someone completely new and different appears in front of you. Did you ever think Pook would be this wild child?
Absolutely not. I didn't really know what to expect. I knew he was going to lead Wiishu a merry chase around the Christmas decor (I hadn't posted pix of the house this year, and this was a fun way to do it) but I had NO idea about the spitting...until I began processing the pics. I certainly expected him to be more verbal. I LOVE the way their relationship has developed. They cuddle together every night and Wiishu takes his older brovver role very seriously. (I've got to get a pick of the Pooki pack we made him for the meetup...)
So, I'm going through all your photostories, one right after another, and I'm just loving all the little things you put it in. I love that you spent the time on his jump from the couch to the table in the previous one, but that he nearly fell off and had to catch himself. And I loved that he was like "Send her back, she's mean. He's okay. Okay, nope, send him back" when you opened your chiclines. In this one, it was so great when he went to gather the little warrior welcome army. Lots of things like that really make Wishu come to life. Thanks so much for these great photostories!
Thank you for noticing/mentioning! I really don't plan the little bits ahead of time, they just sort of happen. He brings me such joy, I love to share it. I have a bunch more on my blog that I haven't gotten posted here yet and at least five more stories that haven't been dialogued yet! I checked out your vlog. Very fun! Such beautiful resin kids. And a lovely faceup.
