Who's the most lifelike MSD?

Each doll has their own 'life like' qualities... I have found that the DoC Leya looks like a real child (IMO) with her kinda chubby cheeks.

 

This is just off the top of my head - I am sure I missed many...

So by "almost real child" - you are interested in immature minis only? The mature ones don't look like children - they usually look like teens to 20's.

For immature...

Many of the Volks MSDs are designed to look like children - they are supposed to be less than 10 as younger siblings for the Volks SD10's which were supposed to represent 10-year-olds.

Dollmore also has immatures minis, Dream of Doll has immature body option for girls, and Leekeworld has an immature mini - I think they all look older than children but you might like their faces.

Just a note - if you are also interesting in realistic looking slim mature minis, I would say Narin/Narae, CastleAnne, Limhwa Limho, the Supia minis (aka Minisup) and the N-Doll minis. I also think Unoa Sist (and to a lesser extent Lusis) can look fairly realistic or quite anime depending on the faceup. And some of the Soulkid girls are pretty realistic. In general I think the mature minis with 6.5-ish heads and 12mm eyes look more realistic than the ones with larger heads and 14-16mm eyes.

I always thought Narsha was a pretty realistic child. She is a little shorter than msd though 35cm vs msd 43cm.

Ditto - I was going to name Narsha and the Customhouse Little Juniors but they are a lot smaller (though the Little Junior boys are close to mini size).
