Who would you doll-ify?

This makes me think of that Korean movie with BJDs in it. XD I guess I'd choose someone who I find good looking, like Gackt...

Though, I don't think I could ever change clothes in the same room with that BJD.

 

I would love to turn the character Spike, a k a William the Bloody into a bjd, with an interchangeable face plate - one as vampire, one as human!

 

I said Gackt at first too, but than ArienDragon brought up that if celebrities were turned into BJD than they would be unable to make more music. And no one want's that.
Love Doll, that yaoi manga about bjd's the doll can turn human or be a bjd. If that was the case I think I would take the potion hahaha

Oooooh interesting question. So many pretty boys I'd love to really dollify even if I can't get near them. Like KangTa, Sato Takeru and lots more. I'd totally love to have a shrine to such dolls but I think I might come across as creepy lol. I'd love to dollify anime/manga/game character too, but I wonder where to get them to use the magic substance on. Like, if i put it on the book page and they just "popup" in BJD form?

 

i would like a Milla Jovovich doll, with all her hero costumes from all her movies, and for a fictional character i would like to have hmmmm, oh yesss i would like to have Sora, Riku and Kairi from Kingdom Hearts.

I have to admit I'd feel a little uncomfortable with a doll looking exactly like a living human being XD But I would love a Matsushita Yuya doll or a Wakeshima Kanon doll :3

 

There's no real person I would want as a doll; it would just feel creepy. Maybe a doll of myself would be fun. XD As for fictional people, I would buy a doll of Jennifer from Rule of Rose in a heartbeat.

 

I just had a random thought about the Mona Lisa being turned into a doll. That enigmatic smile would be interesting, but maybe she'd be really creepy too?

 

scarlet: Customhouse Saint Mina, the non-sad version (and even sometimes the sad version) reminds me a bit of the Mona Lisa in that way.

I couldn't think of anyone so painstakingly beautiful that I'd need to turn them into a doll. It would have to be a testament to absolute beauty, for me to that. I would do it in a snap if the people in my head existed in real life -- in fact, that would make finding sculpts for them SO much easier! - but I also think that maybe that's what I find so addictive about the hobby, anyway. I have this sudden magical power to turn characters into dolls.

I'd also want an Achmed the Snake doll, it would be very interesting to see what his hideousness would look like in doll form. Probably something akin to a gore mod.
