You could just buy Eos' wig from someone? (They are removable.) It depends on what size doll you want to put it on.

There are some on ebay. I know cause I was looking for a white wig myself XD. I got myself a not glossy white I hope it works for the girl I ordered it for >_<.
Dollheart seems to have a lot of white wigs too.

 

i'm sure i'm not the only person on the hunt, so where's the best place to find white wigs as a regular option? i know leeke has had them as a limited color before, but i'm just stumped as to where to find them. :/

 

Depends on the kind - I like Sunny's Wonderful World for fur wigs, and they have a bunch of various white ones.

For fiber wigs, I'd check Tata's wigs, Dollmore, Usagihime, Dream of Doll...those are some places have white wigs off the top of my head.
