Another option you might want to check out is Resin Melody. Hoodies are one of her specialties,well made and tailored, both for SD and MSD.

Usually, they are plain and come in a wide range of colors.

Nightfall Walker has basic solid black or white SD hoodies and a few (both solid color and print) MSD ones.

Dollmore has numerous plain hoodies in various sizes and colors which will come up if you search “hood” in their site.

Starrshine Designs on Etsy makes custom color 1/4 hoodies. They do have a very long wait time (I've currently been waiting two months on 3 t-shirts), but the quality is very good if you aren't in a hurry.
