Where to buy Mohair Wigs? long and short

I got a mohair wig from Kemperdolls.com,mini-sized, but I'm pretty sure they had alot of different sizes. I like them because the ship out nice and quickly!

You can email Neale and see what he has in stock...his wigs are excellent, but he does not always have them in colors.

Of the mohair wigs I have, his are by far the nicest.

I hate starting threads, especially because I'm not even sure that this one belongs here, but it didn't seem like somthing to ask in the marketplace. Can anyone direct me toward a dealer of mohair wigs for 8-9, 9-10 sized heads? I know of JPOPDOLLS and Neale, but neither of them consistantly sells any one kind of mohair wig. I'd like to eventually purchase one for my Angel Elf Soo and other dolls I may purchase, but I can't seem to find one place that sells mohair wigs all of the time.

If this is in the wrong place, I apologize

 

Dennis takes an 8/9 and I find that some MSD 7/8 wigs fit him better. I think he's closer to 8 than 9 though. If your Soo is closer to 8 than 9 as well you might want to give that a go.

Less trimming/hair in the face etc.

 

I got two 8/9 mohair wigs off of e-bay.

I can't remember one of the sellers, but one of them was poshdolls I think...

If you're looking for straight, I can't help, but if curly is OK then I was drooling over this wig from Leekeworld just yesterday. There are some other slightly shorter curly wigs as well.

 

I'm looking for more of a variety, hopefully US or CA based. But thank you for the thought!

 

I highly doubt that there are any waist length fur wigs out there, as the longest pile I've ever seen faux fur come in is 4 inches. Mohair I am less sure of though.

natrume sells mohair like these in the MP. You can just braid the mohair yourself!

hi there! i do not own a bjd yet...but i am planning to buy my first one during december. I am planning to get a luts kid delf BORY (link)...now i love fur/mohair wigs! but luts doesn't have the type of wig i want (currently sold out...and has been sold out for months now)...i am hoping to find a wig that resembles this (link) ...black not too long and gives a mischievous feeling about to the bjd wearing it...anyone know where i can find one? i have already tried mintoncard and junkyspot....

I also wanna know what you guys think about longer fur/mohair wigs...do you think they are nice? where can i find them? are they harder to hadle than shorter wigs?

(I don't know the head size of borys. The wig linked is 7"-8", there are other sizes available. Crobidoll has a variety of fur wigs in a few colors, and luckily enough one of them is natural black)

If you ask Luts they will likely restock wigs for you. They did this for me when i wanted to buy one of their mohair wigs (and even did it a second time when i missed the restock). Just contact them through their Q&A board.
