Where to buy glasses?

Try Denver Doll Emporium. They have Elfdoll glasses that should fit most other SD-sized dolls: http://www.denverdoll.com/rainy_parts_and_misc.php Looks like they only have the red-framed ones in stock now.

That's the only store I can think of! Of course, if you shop around some teddy bear or doll supply stores you may find some tiny glasses.

VolksUSA sells eyeglasses as well, I believe.

 

Junkyspot also sells the Elfdoll glasses, in all the colors. I really recommend those ones, as the Volks glasses (although well-made) tend to be out of scale and look HUGE on most dolls. The Elfdoll ones are scaled properly. XD

 

Hello! Sorry if this in the wrong forum, or is posted anywhere else, I can't seem to find anything on this subject.

Black, thick framed clear lens glasses! I absolutely adore the ones from Volks, but they're so expensive... I could buy my new boy a couple of outfits for the price of one set of glasses. Eeek.

So I was wondering if anyone had any good leads for SD sized glasses that aren't as expensive as my own prescription glasses? I've seen a few out there, but they don't look too sturdy- they don't fit the dolls faces right. Also, if anyone had pictures, I'd love to see them. Dollies with glasses make me squee.

have you checked Dollmore? they have a nice selection of glasses, my favorite pair is the MSD size round black with no lenses, they fit SD and MSD fine. i have 3 pairs! also check their sunglasses section as they come with different lenses, the grey is quite pale and could pass for regular glasses.

I'm going to be getting a DIM Danbi eventually, and her trademark are some aviator sunglasses. Where could I get a pair for cheep cheep?

i'd suggest on ebay a seller by the name of Jamier213 she has tons of stuff and she sells glasses and some sunglasses most of my tiny props come from her. she also has a website www.bjdpropshop.com and she's in the US so yeah...

As the title says, I'm trying to find a goggles/sunglasses for Tiny size ;~;
It's the swimming goggle, not the pilot goggle thing ><;;
Also the sunnies I hope is something like this (http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/4134/franky22ft5.jpg) but I'm not really picky XD As long as they'll fit tinies haha!

Depending on the tiny, some Barbie & Bratz glasses fit them. For slightly bigger heads, try Tyler or Daisy & Willow glasses. And for funky, cat's eye styles, look for ones for the 50s' dolls like Ginny, Little Miss Revlon & such. They're not goggles but are some cute sunglasses.

 

I've been trying to look for a pair of either wire-framed or half-framed eyeglasses. And they're very difficult to find so far. Any suggestions/advice appreciated.

I'm pretty sure they're the same glasses, they're a bit cheaper at HLJ but not all in stock (and Parabox has more and better pictures)

Hi! A good place to buy glasses would be dollmore, they have very reasonably priced glasses although you might want to join a group order because of the high shipping prices

 

Volks makes some pretty swanky glasses as well. Mind you, I have a few pairs of the Dollmore ones and I like them too.

You could try ebay. Jut type in "BJD glasses" and you will find a few results. There is a set of glasses that's been around for a few years and several sellers seem to have them (right now the pickings on ebay look slim...only a third or fourth of the set came up when I searched) - when you get access to the Marketplace here, you'll find a few users selling them here, too.

And Soom also has SD size glasses^^

 

does anyone know if the dollmore msd glasses fit soulkid katie a? i got a pair of glasses on ebay that were supposed to be sd/msd sized. they are really cute but WAY too big for her. (too wide and the side piece just about wraps around her head so there is no way to keep the on.)
