Shopping Where can I find THE BEST shoes?

Whatever shoues you get, be aware that faux leather may not last well - I've ended up with dozens of shoes and boots that I spent a fortune on over the years being ruined by the surface of the fake leather crumbling and peeling after a few years. A complete waste of money.

It's left me reluctnt to spend on replacements for fear of the same thing happening again.

Not all of them do it, but there's no way of telling whihc ones will and which ones won't.

And, unfortunately, not may BJD shoe manufacturers use real leather, and certainly not in the styles I go for.

Hello - a good manufacturer of shoes for BJDs is SartoriaJ. The high price level is made more bearable by using genuine leather.

 

Hi. My best doll shoes have come from shops in Etsy like HelenDollClothes. These Etsy shops are on my list to buy from in the near future: DollsMii and MarbleMoonShop. I've been in the doll hobby for almost a year so I can't speak to exactly how long everything will last. But all materials like pleather, leather, suede, etc. will degrade with time.
