I have erased a pair of eyebrows. I got really excited because I realized I could do this over and over, until I get them just the way I want. LOL! But my question is, do I have to reapply MSC each time I erase? I noticed that where I erased is shinier than around it, so does that mean I've erased the MSC from there as well as the pencil? This will be a TOTAL drag if I have to respray every time I erase. Yikes...they'll find me dead on the floor from MSC poinsoning! Just kidding - I spray outside, but this will surely cut down my productivity, in terms of being able to continue working each time I need to remove color. Anyway, any advice is appreciated, as always! You guys are so great...
Probably after several scrubbings, yeah... I do the same thing you do when I do eyebrows. XD I'm terrible at them! I usually apply MSC to the blank face, blush, spray, blush heavier where I need it & do eyeliner, spray, then do the eyebrows last because I always manage to make them horrid. XD;
Now see, I'm doing it the opposite way! I'm doing the eyebrows first, because I think they're the hardest and I just want to get them done. Then I'll spray again and start on the blushing and shadow. Eyelashes and liner will be after that, and then the lips. I sprayed it 3 times before starting, so will that be sufficient with some erasing for the eyebrows, or should I spray again? I really hate the spraying constantly...
I hate to sound like I'm plugging myself, because I'm not... I'm just trying to help. XD BUT! I did make eyebrow templates you can print. They're in a thread just search for "eyebrow templates" and my name. :3 I think three sprays is fine... I use only two. XD
Hi! Yes, I printed those out, thank you! I actually draw nice eyebrows - on paper, that is! I'm an artist and have been doing portraiture for many years, but for some reason eyebrows on a doll head are just so difficult for me! It's just going to be a practice thing - doing it until it's comfortable. It's so frustrating, because eyebrows that I draw on paper I SO want to transfer to my doll! I think I might draw them directly onto masking tape, and then cut out the shape, like your instructions, and do it that way. I'll report back on that one! :>) Thanks so much for your help!
