Specific Company What is this extra part from MissMian / Whispering Garden?

Hello! I wasn't sure where to post it, I hope I'm in a correct place (although there's no real fitting prefix ).

Does anyone happen to know what this part might be? I got it with MissMian Doll elderly sculpt, Laila. The box has "Whispering Garden" written on it - I'm not sure if it's something standard for them. It's not mentioned anywhere on the dedicated sales post and it doesn't look like anything to me, except that it has what looks like a ball joint. But nobody has limbs like this, plus it looks a bit too big for any socket. The material is stiff, not silicone, it could be resin but it's lighter and has more coarse texture than the doll.

I could write to Luladoll too, but perhaps this is some common knowledge?

I had no idea such tools existed! It makes total sense; although the ease of changing it back to the hand or foot is debatable. I typically use rolled paper strips to stop the hook from going too deep into the socket, they can be pulled and snatched from under the hook in a direction that this part cannot be. I'm still gonna give it a try. Thank you for your help
