Just For Fun What is the most basic outfit you've ever had on your doll?

When my first boy (Volks SD13 Link) arrived, all he had was the Volks white boxers and t-shirt he came with!

When my first girl (Volks SD13 Mimi) arrived, she only had her default Volks slip dress and panties, plus a Volks blouse I had won as a prize at a meetup. So she was wearing only that in her introductory photostory. She didn't even have shoes! I remember we mentioned in the story that her luggage had got lost by the airline!!



I had three SD-sized dolls sharing clothes at that time. All they had was what they arrived with, what I had made for Hiro, plus one outfit from SSW that I had purchased for him. Poor Wynnefred had to wear Hiro's homemade t-shirt and jeans until I could buy her something!

My doll didn’t really have an outfit to begin with, more like she was wrapped in a blanket and away from sunlight.

 

Oh goodness... Let's see. I had a lot of "basic" outfits when I first started out. I'd take headbands and cut them to make tube tops, or just fabric rolled up and hot glued together. LOL! But my all time favorite is the dress I made my first doll when she arrived. It's just fabric with a little bit of stitching in the back to hold it together.
