Shipping what is the Best doll site for shipping

In my honest opinion, they all are great, but Alice’s collections has always been my fave. I find them very quick, especially if the doll you order is in stock

 

I have not used divas yet but both AC and Legend are reliable and fast in my experience. They both have free shipping events that you can take advantage of when you buy a doll, so if both carry the same doll I want, then I like to see who has the better deal for my needs at the moment

 

I've not used BJDivas either as I'm in Asia, so it makes more sense for me to use a dealer located in Asia.

I've used both Alice's Collections and Legend Doll and haven't had any problems with either. Both respond quickly to inquries and problems. Both also often have free shipping events.

However, Alice's does charge a PayPal fee and Legend Doll now charges a service fee. Legend Doll does waive the service fee for returning customers though.

Their order process is also slightly different. For Alice's, you can pay immediately through PayPal. For Legend Doll, I usually wait for them to confirm my order first before paying through PayPal as they have to deduct the service fee manually. (This may not apply to first-time customers though?)

Also, for me as least, Alice's has always used SF Express for shipping. SF Express is usually very reliable and quick if you're located in Asia. However, they rely on third-party partners in other locations, so your mileage may vary depending on where you are located.

Meanwhile, Legend Doll has used a variety of shipping methods for my orders. They've used SF Express, Yanwen (a logistics company that uses several third-party partners for different legs of a delivery) or EMS. EMS from China can be extremely slow with no updates for ages or updates that seem to loop.

For BJDivas, I've heard that they can be slow to respond to messages and to ship as they are very short-staffed.

 

Of the 3, we've only ever shopped with Alice Collections, and had great experience every time. We even had to update our address while awaiting an order and it went smoothly.

 

I think personally Alice's is the best choice hands down. They ship fast, and respond fast to any questions I may have. They send me the tracking number quickly too. Also they're substantially cheaper than Legenddoll which I appreciate.

 

I have no experience with Legend Doll, but I do with the other two. I would 100% go with Alice's over BJDivas everytime.
In regards to DF-A, Alice's will receive the item quicker than Divas will. And, shipping may possibly be free through Alice's, depending on their terms (some items require an additional purchase of accessories for free express, it should say on the item's page).
Alice's also has quick communication and is very pleasant to interact with.

 

Alice is a dream to work with! I've been buying from them for probably a decade, maybe longer, and have nothing but good things to say! They do charge a fee, but most dolls qualify for free shipping, and many are on sale, so it still ends up being cheaper. They also usually are running some kind of event. On the rare occasion that something has gone wrong, they were very fast to help me and make it right, and I've always been happy in the end! They're my favorite dealer.

I've only bought from Legend Doll twice (one head, one clothing order) and both times, the items were in stock, so I can't speak for their wait times, but the customer service was very good. Shipping was delayed a few days on the head, so I asked about it to be sure I hadn't accidentally pre-ordered instead, and Erica was very fast to reply to me, very nice and helpful. They also occasionally have items in stock that were limited or discontinued. I would buy from them again.

BJDivas...I did order an in-stock head once, and it was fine, but my preorder experience was not good. They were polite when dealing with me, but I waited 9 months on a company taking 3-4 months from all other dealers, then was offered a refund immediately when I asked for the date the order was submitted to the company, which makes me wonder if it ever got ordered in the first place. I'll never preorder from them again. An in-stock item is probably fine.

These are just my personal experiences with each dealer, yours may vary. I'd advise you to read through a few pages of feedback on each dealer to get a better idea of where you feel best about buying. Also if final price is a concern, put the item in the cart and go through "checkout" until you can see the total with fees/taxes/shipping, but don't hit submit/order. That's how I decide between Alice and Legend Doll.

 

I have experience with Alice's and bjdivas. Alice is a dream to work with! The most reasonable shipping prices across all options imo, super fast communication, very flexible. Bjdivas has very slow communication, it took them a month to get to packing and shipping an in-stock doll (that I didn't receive in the end as it had become damaged in their warehouse and they refunded). They are also quite short-staffed and swamped with navigating problems with certain artists right now so I don't see it speeding up any time soon.

Afaik doll family A produces their stuff quite fast so you'd probably have your order with you with Alice months earlier than with bjdivas.

 

I ordered a blank 70cm doll in September 2021 and it shipped in October 2021, which was a lot faster than expected.
