Some of the Dollmore Model Doll F shoes will work too. I've got the. "Cara" boots in blavk and a pair in white and I LOVE them on my EID lady.
Thank you! I'll take a look at them. I think I may have looked at those. Thank you for the suggestion though, I will keep them in mind. Yep I definitely did look at them, I'd have to do some modification to remove all the straps but the shin plates/ foot plates would cover the laced area. Those might just do it! Also these heels would have been perfect.. except they aren't black http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=12146&b_code=B20050506094358&c_code=C20060405041345 I'm blind.. they have those heels in black, they just happen to be sold out..like the cara boots.
I think Sweetinger is not an option right now, but I had to leave that discussion. A 91 year old mother who gets sick is a little scary. But Dollsinging on Ebay has posted something about making Eid Iplehouse shoes. So anyone interested should message her. Because of Dollsinging saying some shoes would not fit Iplehouse or Soul doll Zenith I quickly went to Soul doll and they have some really beautiful lace up boots in two styles. Much prettier than the Iplehouse version. I got a dark red pair and in person they are really nice, very pretty and well made. I usually do not like white shoes, but the creamy white ones are really lovely. There is also khaki and black as well. They have PLENTY of room for EIDs, etc. They also have a pair of shoes that are a tad strange, but could be modified with a permanent marker and a different tie. I have used markers often on shoes with no problem and pulled off studs if the color would be dark to cover the holes. The best ones are the Christy Stone open toed gray booties. Pulled off the studs, cut off the fringe and markered them black. I think DollHeart still has them. The pitch on those is off and I put one of those clear circle or black stick on things you put under glass on a table or to protect furniture from being scratched, under the ball of the foot. If anyone is interested I can take some pics. I'm going to try cutting off some straps with an Xacto knife next. Everything either has straps with buckles, studs or bows. WHY? OMG. Also I think it's Dollsinging has a pair of boots big enough for EID guys, but not sure about them. I went ahead and photographed these and am making a correction. I had forgotten all about these, some fit and the EID girls can stand in a couple of them. The pitch being off is the heels are at a strange angle to the shoe and it is not fixed by the sticky things, those I use on some boots for BIDs. Dollheart and Denver doll Emporium have the camo ones, the Victorian Brocade and another Christy Stone pair that a clear plastic with a lace pattern open toed booties. I didn't find the gray fringed ones. Possibly Christy Stone may have some. The Victorian brocade ones I couldn't get on. I didn't take the foot off and it might go on, but not sure. They are actually gray brocade with a button as well as the buckle. The dark red ones are the Soul Doll Zenith. I hope this helps someone.
Thanks for the information Lilsgirl. I have actually been trying to find those grey boots, so if you should remember where they are from, please let me know. In the meantime, I do really like the red boots too. I may pick those up.
Wow Lilsgirl those army boots looks really nice.. so they fit EID? I'm actually just staring to hunt some interesting and more unique shoes than Iplehouse's own. I love these, but I have no idea do they fit: 1. http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=12002&b_code=B20050506094358&c_code=C20060405041345 2. http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=10172&b_code=B20050506094358&c_code=C20060405041345 and these.. just too perfect but maybe too small I'm thinking to test them anyway. http://rrabit.com/rrabitstore/rrabi...eel/16girl-high-heel-bls001-b-w.html?___SID=U
adalwolf - those red boots from Dollmore should fit. I have the black enamel ones (though i don't see them on site) and they fit just fine.
Luckeegurl36: Wow thanks! They're in my must have list so I'm glad they should fit. I'll match them with bright red leather jacket and black fishnet stockings.. Now I will hunt them.
Oh yesness! I really want a pair of those, too... *bookmarks page* Also, I think I found which shoes Lilsgirl is referring to - the plastic-like ones? Here: http://www.dollheart.com/gs000022-p-3799.html#.VEyUw_mUeSo And here are the camo boots *also bookmarks page*: http://www.dollheart.com/gs000019-p-3796.html#.VEyVEPmUeSo Interested in these, too. I think I'll buy them and give them a go. Unless someone here can confirm they fit? http://www.dollheart.com/gs000020-p-3797.html#.VEyUw_mUeSo
Luckeegurl36 I bought on pair of the gray boots at Dollheart and the other at the Denver Doll emporium. I didn't see them on either site now.
That's for letting me know Lilsgirl. I see the gray boots on Dollheart, but they only have them for SD10/13 now. I'll probably get them for my Supia girls. Thanks.
I think I may have mentioned this before but I wasn't sure so It merits posting it again. If you're looking for anything in the latex dept for EID women clothes a lovely woman on etsy will work with you https://www.etsy.com/shop/LadyLikeLatex She primarily deals in human size clothes but has made a few EID sizes for dresses, bathing suits and pants and is currently working with me on making a full body catsuit for my doria who is still being made. I'll actually have the first prototype catsuit here in a week or so (it's been shipped and is siting in NY customs) and she's been more than willing to work with me on the sizing and fit. I'd definitely go give her a look and drop her a line. She's been an absolute dream to work with.
I would be very interested to hear how this turns out and the practicalities of it; how easy it is to get on, how strong it is (so, resilience to ripping), whether there is any staining etc. And just noticed she is in the UK. Woo hoo!
I will gladly keep you updated on it all. I'll post pictures once it gets here and then again once I have the doll. For now though another member has two of her in stock non custom items (looks to be the halter top swimsuit and the shorts) if you want to see some of her work on a doll! http://www.denofangels.com/forums/s...n-April-Story-Hybrid)&p=11141868#post11141868
Alright I got the catsuit in, I just don't have the doll body yet for it! Picture of the catsuit sans body. It's also super dull because it's got talc all over it. I'll post pics of it on the body asap, this is more for construction and proof of concept. Also shoes.
Definitely worth keeping an on eye on, I would love a a Mrs. Peel (Rigg not Thurman) inspired dress collection.
So I got my girl today! I can show what that catsuit looks like on a body now! It fits super tight (obviously) and aside from a few lose areas like the crotch which I feel was likely due to my lack of talc (I had a very small amount to work with and it wasn't enough) It's exactly what I wanted. So, given the correct measurements Trish can make you extremely well fitting quality latex garments! Still haven't had the chance to shine it yet either so its really dull.
I do not know if this has already been said here. I have a pair of shoes for 70 feeple that goes perfectly with the EID (see the photo) that can be found on sale here : http://dollfairyland.com/shop/step1.php?number=265&b_code=B20070918041902
I have these from Tata's and they fit. They are back now they were sold out. http://www.tatabjd.com/en/goods.php?id=1678
https://www.etsy.com/shop/Nalisinko This shop has clothes which are more a costume style that fit EID girls. They have two pairs of boots for EID MEN as well.
Can anyone tell me if these heels from Luts for the Senior Delf gals also fit the Iplehouse women? The length of the heel foot look like it should work, but will the width be ok? http://dec712241.gdreamweb.com/shop...b_code=B20101202054096&c_code=C20101202056410 thanks for any help, Robyn
I tried these (xxx) I have not been able to stretch the toe enough and i fear forcing more will rip them... have not tried heat yet (to soften shoe up) Human feet warm a shoe to allow the stretch dolls can't so ya dicey. Also the heel 'last' (the back seam line) I don't think is straight enough for IH feet. If money is an issue for you don't risk it.... if you got a few bucks you can afford to lose...lol but I don't think so. Also my sample measured 8 with 7.6 inner.... yours lists 7.5 for both.... Luts is bad for having unreliable measurements too -_-
Thank you Lady Tiku! Drat, it just doesn't sound like a good bet. Thank you for saving me some frustration and dissapointment! Robyn
YW ... for the iple girls it's best to stick to Iple shoes unless you see a specific posted shoe proof of fit in here lol. I also plan on trying to take the knot out of my shoes to see if that helps. It's killing me I cant afford to buy the clear plastic types ... from my own feet... that type stretches best lol and should be easier to soften with heat (ie near a heat vent)
Are there any companies that make basic flats for the EID women? I'm looking for a pair of brown flats and I can't find any! Thanks for your help.
I don't know, unfortunately, but if you find some, please share? Iple does have black suede flats and a pair with a Ferragamo-ish buckle, when last I checked. I'd suggest posting a thread in the Iple Talk section of their website, requesting more flat shoes for the girls -- if you post the thread link here, I know a few of us would co-sign! I have found that sandals intended for 60cm boys fit, so you can likely find brown sandals, even if you're stuck for ballet-type flats. 60cm male flat boots work, as well -- it's just hard to find basic femme flats in this size! -- A
You are very welcome. I have two of them now, but no new clothing or footwear discoveries. As more companies are making clothes specifically for the very popular EID women, it is becoming less of a problem, except for one's wallet.
Some shoe- boots news these fit - http://www.ebay.com/itm/231613722094?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT I can't grab the photo code on Flickr on my iPad for some reason so I hope this works. You can see them on Carina. I've found some other shoes lately I'll try to post them later. https://www.flickr.com/photos/78727660@N05/19423893461/in/dateposted- These fit very 1940s http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-3-BJD-Sho...4be735&pid=100012&rk=2&rkt=10&sd=171833454549
Hi, I just got these in from Dollmore and as expected they will fit Iplehouse dolls. Though you will have to put some foam in front of the foot. >.< Really wish there were more options for Iplehouse girls, back to hunting for more shoes. Really glad that this thread exists. ^-^ ~Kat
http://www.acbjd.com/bt034-p-349.html?cPath=1_20 Can't remember if I posted that already, but those fit all the big girls. And they don't look particularly huge on a nYID. They come in black, brown and white.
Hi! Another one came in from a different source: Clover Yama! This one fits snugly, it needs some careful persistence and she wont be wearing any kind of socks... Hopefully this was helpful. ^-^ ~Kat
These plain pumps on eBay fit perfectly and are $21 with shipping. They look great and come in a lot of colors. http://stores.ebay.com/paul-zhangby/1-3-BJD-SD-88-29MM-Shoes-Boots-/_i.html?_fsub=450057019
No, it won't. It won't even fit a small busted SID girl (and I've tried) ... the Iple girls are way too big in the upper chest and shoulders, and the Fer style is much too fitted for it to fit them.
a bit of an update... the 'new' feet that the girls come with... they are enough smaller that they now can wear some shoes from Luts that previously did not fit the older style heel foot.. the the curve of the under foot is off a bit but they now fit the heel in.... specifically this shoe: I have the white ones. Do note that the measurements must still be as below... Iple feet are still big Height: 6.5 cm Length: 8 cm Inner foot length: 7.6 cm
the fer sets fit the OLD yid body... so if you ever get one of those girls that works... and i believe that means SD16 fits the old type body as well? I have one and a fer set for her.
I've talked to Alice's Collections, and they do custom measurements. If the clothing starts with:SPO, SPB, SPG, EDG,EDSG,EDB,EDSB,EDPB, SZD, M3, MMP ; then it means it can be custom! I don't know if anyone has tried it yet, but I would think it should work.
Hi doing some shoe shopping for my little Soli. Does anyone know if American Girl Doll shoes will fit? I found some adorable light up shoes. Also, i was looking at some basic sneakers on ebay that say 7.5cm.
the EID foot asy 7.5, you have to ADD to it for the 'shoe' size. So shoes that measure 8 work... i didn't want you to think the 'foot' was that size...
Thank you. I realize that now but all I see are 8.5cm for 1/3 male. I think those would be too big. I just want to find cute white sneakers seems like mission impossible. Lol regretting the size of my dolly atm but i still love her. I found an ad on Facebook for some shoes measuring 7.5cm inside. Might go with that so she isn't barefoot but they're lolita and goth style. Not really what I was hoping for. Ugh or i might break down and buy the iplehouse sneaker wedges eventually. pricey
I'm pretty sure that they are different, but my EID girl is an older one, a 2010 Luna Tamer from the Noctarcana Circus. I'm guessing that the newer EID girls also come with both flat and heeled feel like my girl did. Anyone? Edit: I found this on the site: Heeled feet: ITEM VIEW : H.I.D & E. I. D Option Parts - EID_Woman Heel Feet Flat feet: ITEM VIEW : H.I.D & E. I. D Option Parts - EID_Woman Flat Feet Hope this helps! Ryu
when getting shoes for the flat feet i look for 8cm long sizes in shoes... i look for anthing over 7.5 'inner' fit for the heel feet if i can get them.. the new feet (current basics) a teeny bit smaller than before they redesigned the look of the foot.. it's a tiny change but can really help with fit for some shoes.
