Specific Doll What doll is this?

Like many before me, I was looking at wigs when a face caught my attention...

The same model appears on this armless display bust & a maskcat display bust in other photos on the page. Is she maskcat but with a different faceup? Is she a smaller doll used as a reference on the 1/3 size page? I just like how childlike she looks & hope there's a similar doll out there in 1/4 or 1/6 scale although I've been known to use a 1/3 head for some of my child dolls...

 

Always amazes me what a difference a faceup can make! Now I need to go study recent Maskcat sculpts again...
