What are these bjd dolls called? And where can i find them?

Those seem to be an artist head on an obitsu body. While obitsu are customizable and share a lot of resources with BJD, they're not BJD themselves. Their articulation is closer to that of fashion dolls, and they're made of vinyl (I believe?) rather than resin

 

the link you posted is broken! but judging from the link description you are looking at obitsu 11 dolls, which are off topic for this forum! that being said you can get them easily through parabox or junkyspot.

edit: i tried the link on a different browser and it worked. those are obitsu 11 bodies with nendoroid heads, definitely off topic for this forum! but if you have questions, you can ask more about them in the brigadoon!
