Mini What a difference a wig makes

    1. The fullset wig that Rin came with is so cute, but also so finicky with the tiny ponytails in the back and the braid loops, not to mention the flyaways from being so long... So I just got her a shorter, simpler Leekworld wig. (Rabia in baby brown)

      (The ears make a difference too... but the braids on the old wig made them sit in a weird spot relative to the magnets so it always looked like she was putting her ears back!)

      I really like the new wig, I think it makes her look a lot more lively and fun! And I'm glad to be able to see more of her beautiful face.

    2. I'm always struggling with 'too much wig'. I agree that often want to see more face. I've got a few wigs that need some cut and style, but haircutting techniques are another skill for dolls I'll need to study up on before I attempt using scissors on a wig again. My first attempt left me with a wig only suitable for a boy and if sewn into his hat! Doh!

    3. I know what you mean - I feel like the bangs on wigs are always too long. I do not trust myself with haircuts and little doll wigs anymore, either; many years ago I thought a trim would be so easy and confidently went in with scissors and... well, I'm glad that particular doll had come with a hat. :frownyblush: Are there services for wig stylists??

    5. It really does give such a different personality! She looks beautiful. I also sympathize with having Too Much wig... long hair is beautiful, but long wigs can be so troublesome. Really glad one of my dolls is bald-- permanently! It makes her the easiest to toy with for sure haha.
