    1. :)Hey!

      I’m returning to the hobby after several years off. I was interested in collecting in my late teens, but when I started my career I just didn’t have time for other interests.

      Now that my job is going well (I’m about to be part owner of the business I work for!) I find that my hobbies are very one-dimensional :frownyblush:. I unpacked some of my old stuff that had been in storage last week and found my DollZone Ivy and Xaga Doll Kimi which really sparked my interest again! I’m practicing face-ups right now, I’ll post some pictures of my girls once they are presentable!

      I’m also hoping to get a couple more 1/6 sized dolls to live on my desk at work. I’m looking forward to doing some research here to see what new companies have bloomed since I’ve been away.

    2. Hello and welcome!

      A lot has happened in the hobby in the last few years. A bunch of people who had left for whatever reason are back and a bunch of new people have started collecting and customizing. A lot of new companies and artists started making dolls and some old favorites have closed up shop.

      But there are also some really fun 1/6 size dolls out now: for mature tinies Myou doll has four two of which are guys, Doll Chateau has some fun fantasy dolls including a deertaur, Maskcat dolls has some lovely 26cm girl dolls, Asleep Eidolon has some limited 21cm girl dolls on offer and Xaga has the red black obsidian line with more fashion doll like proportions.

    3. Welcome back to the hobby!

      I second what Seafoam Shade said about 1/6-sized dolls. There is so much fun stuff going on in that size, especcially among the mature tinies. I have a Maskcat Joy myself and she is amazingly well engineered for such a small doll.

    4. Hello and welcome back! I am still new here and getting my feet wet but I am like you and would love to get in the hobby and have some 1/6 dolls keeping me company at the desk. I am still looking around but I find myself partial to Alice's Collection Page for Doll Zone sculpts (Little Snow will be mine one day haha)
      Do you have any preferences when it comes to yo or mature tinies?
