Wanted Whale Tower Rafeyah Fantasy painting artist

I am looking for a person who is willing to take on fully painting my Whale Tower Rafeyah and her four pairs of horns. She is BIG and she is in white resin. USA or North American artists preferred for convenience but I will happily look at anyone!

My plan is for her to end up looking somewhat catlike, however artistic freedom is always welcome.
