Welcoming my first BJD !

    1. Hello! I recently unboxed my first BJD, a standard SDM Chiyo, and I thought I would share pictures of it as my first post on DoA. I've always loved seeing dolls still bundled up in their boxes (and still bald lol), so it felt pretty surreal to experience it myself. I feel like this is the best way to really appreciate how gorgeous her face is !

      (also, I really struggled with uploading these pictures.. I hope I get better at it with time...)

    10. Congratulation. She is really beautiful. I´m looking forward to see here with wigs and clothes.

      When I was in Japan last year I also brought home two SDM Ladys...
      Sham on me but I couldn´t resist.

SDM really is a perfect size.. so far i have ordered two wigs for her (same light brown color, but one is straight and one is wavier), and recently received a volks clothing set that i can't wait to put on her ! I will definitely share pictures once everything comes together

      I understand you so much... I feel like if I had the chance to buy one in person I wouldn't be able to resist either

      Doing one big quote to say thank you for your warm welcomes !! I will make sure to post more about her once I get to spoil her more, she's already hurting my wallet honestly :XD:

    15. This must be the best feeling in the planet. There's something so magical about going from watching unboxing videos to eventually being in that position yourself, having your own doll in front of you waiting to be revealed...:aheartbea I can only dream that'll be me one day. Congratulations!! She's beautiful. Do show it when she's fully styled, her angelic features will be enhanced once she's all dressed up!
