Comic/Manga Watching 80s TV Shows With My Daughters After School (Iplehouse JID Tania,Normal, Noctarcana Circus)

Feb 5, 2024

    1. It's after school! My daughters' homework is done, and we're watching a lot of 80s TV shows before supper! My BJD daughters Tania and Stephanie are here, and my Momoko Doll daughter Madalaine has decided to join us. They may spoil their appetite for supper a bit with popcorn, but we had such a great time that I can overlook it just for today.

    3. Thank you so much! It's so nice to hear you like to see what my girls are doing :) I just put this story together a bit quickly, but it was fun. I couldn't figure out how to hold Stephanie when she was leaning up against me, so I just put my finger on her shoulder

    4. Did you model for the pictures? If so, was it tricky to model and shoot at the same time?

    5. Yes, that's me :) It wasn't too hard to do, but I was limited in what I could do, and I had to take a bunch of photos with my wrist angled at different angles so I could hope that I could get a good shot when I couldn't see the screen of my phone. I didn't take these photos in selfie mode because I wanted the best picture quality. I don't do this often, but I have done it before, so I know what to expect. I don't have a tripod and one of those Bluetooth picture taking button things, so I took the pictures by blindly pressing the circle on my phone's screen. I was a little fortunate that the photos turned out as level as they did.

    7. Both my kids were watching a couple of those shows. Brings back memories. Thank you for the retro viewing.

    8. @Jareth Thank you! The Alf figure was released somewhat recently. He's from NECA. He's very nicely made! I did a couple photostories showcasing him in The Brigadoon. He comes with a lot of accessories.

@animemom I'm glad the photostory brought back some good memories :) I saw a bunch of these shows in the 90s. I was a baby in the 80s. I didn't see Airwolf until like 2012.
