Volks USA vs Volks Japan

It's because Volks USA ships from the Torrance, CA location and Volks Japan ships from the Kyoto location. If it's out of stock on the Volks Japan website, they don't physically have it. The best thing to do is either join a group order or email Volks and see if they can ship it over to Sato for you.

 

Volks USA is a separate store and location from Volks International. VolksUSA caters to the North American customer base, whereas Volks International serves everyone, so of course Volks Int. would have more customers and thus less items in stock.

 

Have you actually tried to put anything in your shopping cart? Whenever I go on VolksUSA, everything is on the site, but when you add it to the cart it always says the item is out of stock.

Volks US does not have as much stock as it appears. If you actually try to put most of the same items that are out of stock on the international site in your cart you will find that the US store does not have them either. Most items that are popular tend to sell out on both sites around the same time.

A few of the less popular items that are in stock on Volks USA can also be found for a similar price from international sellers on ebay. There are also group orders for Volks USA that are run every once in awhile on DoA.

 

Volks Japan ships intertnationally and they take Paypal, which VolksUSA does not.

 

I would try to order from Volks Japan Clothes and other things that are sold out on the homepage might be found in one of the Volks stores ^^ Volks Japan has a very friendly customer service and if they can they even call every Japanese Volks store to see if there is somewhere this special item in stock which you are looking for (they did this for me not only one time ) If you know someone in Japan you can maybe ask this person to go to a Volks store?
