Volks Sunlight Skin Dolls

For Myth's dolls, I think the winter daylight one is closest to real life. And they're a nice reddish brown color, not very dark.

I hope my pics help, although they're not "glamorous" =P all taken in normal daylight.

I'm really, really hoping this is possible I've recently fallen in love with someone elses sunlight f16, and realized he would be perfect for a character I have in mind! The one drawback is that I'm wondering if its easy to get this pretty boy to smile.

So, would anyone like to share any pictures of their sunlight f16 grinning in some manner or form :'D

 

I'm not sure if I have ever seen Seth "smiley"... but he can be rather smirky.

 

I was wondering if anyone have pictures of a Sunlight Mika. I'm very curious.

 

I'm interested in seeing sunlight F16's as it was suggested that one would work for a very beloved original characater. Extra love and cookies if he happens to be in a white wig.

 

One of the display dolls at the Volks Tea Party in LA. I might have a close up on my computer at home. And there was an F-16 one-off in sunlight skin too, but I don't think I got any pictures of him.

I really love the sunlight skin. I'll probably get at least one or two more sunlight dolls. Here's my F-02 boy, and I think they did a fairly good job sticking to what I said, even if I didn't have too many special requests:

Forgot to ask! Does he have a FCS face-up? It looks so fine and gorgeous; I can't believe it's a Volks work ^^; (though my Shirou has a very decent face-up, much to my amazement)

 

Oh yes, he does have an FCS faceup. Djinn [my sister, he's technically hers but we share our dolls] did a mock-up of his faceup in photoshop and also specified how she wanted the faceup to be done [eg. paint in teeth, lipgloss etc] as well as the general expression.

We like to do FCS and so far all of our FCS faceups have been very fine and detailed, so I think if you can describe what you want and provide some pictures it would help a lot. [Actually all our dolls with Volks faceups were all very nice XD except for Touya, I think K.Mayura's style may not be to our taste. XD;;;]

 

Does anyone have a FCS F-01 girl in sunlight skin?

I love Volk's sunlight skin and the F-01 head mold, but I'm just wondering if they'll look good together. Thank you so much for any replies!

No problem - I'm glad to help! And yes, that's an FCS faceup on him: I'd always heard that the quality of Volks faceups was often not the best, but this one just blew me away. The artists got it exactly spot-on to my descriptions, and I love it ^^
