    7. The new Yos are totally adorable, though I'm not too fond of the larger head size for body swapping. >_< Ah well, I decided a while back that I wouldn't own tinies anymore, so I'll just wait for DoA-ers to get them and take cute pictures for me to look at. ;)

      Reisner's dress is hilariously wonderful though, and has me thinking that the mysterious "Elizabeth" that caused the tiff between Cecile & Williams was just Reisner in drag all along! :lol:

    8. I was going to say I really thought the Yo Williams and Reisner looked like MSD heads on the YoSD body. The proportions are really off.

      Yo Cyndy, however, is GORGEOUS.

      Ahhh Reisner, since the Oath of the Silver Coin reads like a bad BL manga, of course you were going to have to crossdress at some point in time. My guess is he's the Elizabeth who has never made an appearance.

      eta - is that an actual Sylvie rerelease or is it just the outfit?

    9. Kim I thought that the Yo-boys all had too-large heads, too! Then I saw Volks demonstrating how YoSD Cecile could be YoMidi Cecile and I was like VOLKS YOU PLANNED THIS ON PURPOSE DIDN'T YOU?? Imagine having to get two dolls just for a YoMidi Williams. T^T

    10. I can't believe I missed Reisner in a dress?!!! I guess I just glanced at the photo or was paying more attention to the dress and not the sculpt. Now I understand why it says, SD17B! I think I need this ... :wiggle

      I think I'm safe on the mini Reisner, Williams, Cecil and Cyndy. I was hoping for more 'chibi' versions and heads more in proportion to the YoSD. It's a neat idea to have them work with 2 different bodies but it doesn't work for me personally.

      I'm still not able to piece together the whole story, but it's almost comical in a terrifying way how obsessive Reisner is about Cecil. Hell hath no fury like a man scorned, I guess? In the picture with the dress he's basically clenching his teeth and cursing Cecil (for ignoring him yet again?) while "Master Sylvie" chides "Lady Reisner" for ruining her beautiful image with such unladylike language.

      I think it's just the outfits being offered; if I remember correctly, they offer two sets of outfits for each year they have a cruise (the ones last time were the winning entries in a design contest, I think?).

      I also think the boy heads look a bit mature on the Yo body and would look better on the Midi body. If anyone here manages to get one together, please do share! ^o^

    12. Nyahaha, 'Lady Reisner' is gorgeous! I even didn't recognize him at first. I should admit that I found this 'Lady' more attractive as Lady then Master Silvie :sweat Oh, but I love Master Silvie's boots!
      And the Yo's are very cute! ^^

    15. After looking at these dolls some more, I have to say I really love them. I didn't dislike the originals but I wasn't really a fan either... but these yo's/potential midis are just SHO CUTE >_<. My favs are Reisner, Cecile, and Cyndy. I'd definitely go for Cyndy ^^. I wonder how much it costs to go on the cruise... that is if you're lucky enough to win the lottery I assume will be held for it.

      Man, that is sad that non-Japanese residents couldn't even GO on the cruise if they had the means. :( I suppose if more people emailed them, there might be a chance someday, but I guess Volks just isn't ever going to let us have the Oath of the Silver Coin series in the USA. I really want Reisner and Cecile!

    24. New update from Volks, via their Twitter account and blog!

      My translation is terrible but I got the gist that there will be a special order form that comes with all the YoMidi dolls that allow you to order an extra Midi body from them. Williams and Cecile get the normal SDMidi boy body, and Reisner has the long leg version so he stands ~1cm taller. Reisner-senpai~~ Cyndy has the SDMidi girl body.

      They're all so terribly cute! Reisner looks particularly good, but I adore Williams too. &#9829;&#9829;&#9829;
