Size Comparison Volks MSD Mika next to SD Rinon, Kun or Yori?

    1. I've been puzzling over which SD doll would make a convincing teenaged sibling to my little Milly (Mika). My top picks are Rinon, Kun and Yori but before I commit to one of them, I want to see how they look next to her.

      Rinon - the style her face is sculpted in might be too modern, but I really like her

      Kun - big head, and I'm still not 100% sure if I like the sculpt

      Yori - I love the four sisters vibes but again, her head is big and might not look good next to an MSD

      If you have a different Volks MSD of the same era, like F-01 (Myu), I would still be interested to see a comparison.

      I understand your head size concern, but for so long I've been using MSDs as kid siblings and children to my SDs, that I'm "blind" to the discrepancy. In this case, Yori's SD16 body and Vivid Makeup may be further skewing things...

      I lean towards your choice of Yori, as she and the older MSDs are from the same era (early/mid-2000s). Rinon and Kun could work, depending on bodies and face-ups.

    3. @beamlette Oh no, I like Yori even more now, but the size difference between her and Yuni is too much for me. Thanks for the pictures! Your Yori is so elegant and beautiful.

      edit: I'm leaning towards Rinon most, so I'd love to see comparison photos of her specifically ~
