    2. Actually, I'm less sure it was not all spots filled as a few people from DoA wrote to Volks and spaces were opened for them. Sumomo actually went!

      I do think one has to contact Volks when they are taking applications for attendance.

      One thing to note though is not only is it more expensive to get to Nagasaki (the nearest large city to Huis Ten Bosch) but the hotel it is held at is pretty expensive as well. I want to say it is around $250-$300 a night. I have the Japanese info they sent out with Volks New somewhere.
