Charlotte is gorgeous! I wonder whose head mould she is.

 

SD girls are really really really cute!! But I'm sad because they're SD size... I hope that yosd similar to Liese/Charlotte is released someday~~~!!

 

I am really thinking Mihmi as a SD now with the clear pictures, thanks for those Nell. With the closer pictures I am loving Charlottes face more. It is hard to tell with the different face ups if they are the same mold or not. Rizzi looks like her lips are more puckered like Luna and Mihmi. I definitely prefer Charlottes outfit to Rizzis.
Anthony what do you thing about their faces? You have Luna does she look like Rizzi or does Mihmi look more like Rizzi?

Oh no! I told myself I would avoid Volks, as I really want to focus on other aspects of my wish list, but those girls! Are so cute! Honestly Lieselotte doesn't look exactly like Luna to me, though I do see quite a resemblance. She does look like WS to me, especially in the pic of the two girls together, so I hope I don't like her 'cause Volks is notorious for white skin dolls being Dolpa only releases. LOL.

But it is so hard to tell with the cell phone pics. I shall join you all in waiting for more pics with baited breath!

Well, I know I'm safe from the LE dolls this time around, since I don't buy girl dolls (though Puff's outfit is adorable) but I'm wondering something about those SD girls' arms... Perhaps it's a weird thing to focus on, but they're both posed in the Volks News pictures with their hands right up near their faces, and unless they've got double jointed elbows, SD girl arms just can't do that without help. Volks doesn't usually photograph their dolls in poses that the dolls themselves wouldn't be able to hold (without proper stringing and Kips/sueding) so it stood out to me. Unfortunately, the writing is way too small for me to make out, even if I was adept at reading Japanese. I would like to see double jointed arms being implemented in the old normal Volks bodies, though! That's the only thing I like better about the SDGr vs. the SD13 boy bodies.

 

I am REALLY looking hard and keep going back and forth on whether she is a white skinned Luna or not.... It's really hard to say 10000% being as part of Luna's mass apeal is her vas versatility, and at times moulds can look so drastically different in other skin tones... So the jury is still out with me.... Though from the looks of it Lieselotte does appear to have the same eye & POSSIBLY mouth shape as Luna.... But we shall see

Charlotte is my answer from the Volks gods for an SD Mihmi though, and is MOST DEFINITELY coming home

It says Suwarikko body for Lieselotte and SD10 girl's body for Charlotte, I think. Doesn't mention about double joints...

Now looking at the bigger pictures, looks like Lieselotts and Charlotte are two separate sculpts to me.

Ah, thanks. Maybe they're just using wiring in their posing, and I was a little too hopeful of better arm poseability. ;O (It's obvious I'm not a girl doll collector, since that's the only thing in the pictures that interested me. XD)

Now where are the scans of Mari? I need to see her face better to see if they truly captured just how amazing and batshit crazy she is since that really is the deal breaker with her.

Lieselotte is adorable; she almost looks like a bigger KD Aru. Thank goodness neither adorable girl is really my style, though I just have to hope that I won't see repaints later and regret saying that :P

 

Well this solves a bit of a mystery for me anyway...I've been curious about the photos in Another Yourself 2 that showed Rose wearing that red gingham BTSSB outfit...now I realize Volks was simply teasing us a little with those pictures in the book. If they were just wanting to show previous BTSSB ensembles, why not have Kira model it? No, see it was part of the plot to get us thinking about the H Girls series, and then BAM! spring yet another trap that'll be sure to capture any remaining funds that may have survived NYC Dolpa! Can't you just hear Volks now? "Happy, happy, sooooo happy!...Bwwahaha!"

I NEED Charlotte. I wish I could get her with Liselotte's outfit, because the white doesn't do much for me. On the other hand, dolls with open mouths bug the crap outta me, so I don't particularly care for Liselotte (it's a weird thing to get bugged about, I know. I just... well, hate it for the most part).

I'm going to have to scour the forum to figure out where to check for all the lotteries, because i will whip out every credit card I can get my hands on to get Charlotte.

Oh, and those Yo-SD outfits too. That panda-y thing? WAAAAAAAAAAANT. My girls are mostly about the frills and whatnot, but someone is going to have to wear that hat.

So I should probably skip the lottery starting tomorrow for Little Alice... but I'm not sure I will....

 

Dang. Earlier, I swore neither girl would get to me. Then I started looking at the outfits.. AGH. Please hit VolksUSA. Volks finally made something my Mika would LIKE to wear, which is impossible XD

The SD girls are not the same, one has open mouth and one doesn't. I like the mold of &#12522;&#12540;&#12476;&#12525;&#12483;&#12486; but I dislike the fact that she is white skin. I prefer normal skin. So....

 

Why does it say Vis/Vip under Charlotte? I hope that doesn't mean she won't be in the lottery. Also, I'm puzzled as to why her page doesn't say BTSSB too.

 

So there are no BTSSB shoes or clothes being sold at this release? Just the SD girl sets with BTSSB outfits?

 

they are so perfect!!! in my opinion they look like a grown up F 18 as a friend let me notice, the only difference is make up...one has teeth painted while the other hasn't by the way they are so perfect together....I like the yosd but I feel safe for now...but that panda's outfit...makes me think ^O^ my Chika would be soo good in it XD

I've been waiting for this dollpa but I don't know if I'm happy or not. I like Liselotte but she hadn't enamoured me... And the clothes... I'm not interested in them... So I can say I'm safe, but I was expecting something to steal my heart...

 

Is it for sure that Charlotte is Pureskin and Riizi the White Skin. Sorry to keep bringing this up. I only prefer Pureskin dolls.

I don't think it's a white skinned Luna at all... her mouth is opened and the shape is very similar, but she has teeth. I don't think Luna has teeth. I do love Charlotte she looks like a grown up Mihmi.

I'm not sure about he lack of teeth.I just checked my Luna under a dazor magnifying lamp and I see two upper front teeth. They are not painted white, and are same color as the inside of her mouth. might be my aging eyes and I want to imagine the two little teeth. Anyone else with Luna and a better magnifier that can also check (maybe younger eyes too)? - Barb

Luna does in fact have teeth...they are one of my favorite parts of her mold There are a couple repaints on the boards that have her teeth painted...they are so cute!

Anyway, I am not sure she is a white-skinned Luna, but nevertheless I think I have died a little *scoots up next to Cammy and Mello*

Isenn I have no idea how to explain her to my husband either, so if you figure something out, let me know

I've emailed Volks Japan and Volks USA in the middle of the night last night (about 1am Central). I'm hoping to hear a response. I didn't mention it since I didn't want to get my hopes up too badly.

 

I think I just fell in love with Lieselotte ;//////;..........

 

Lieselotte is so pretty~ I like them both, but I like Lieselotte's eye shape and mouth. She looks very happy~

Zaith volksusa usually replies to me at least. I usually title it something like urgent about dolls please assist and then they reply ^^

 

MidnightDreamer - We'll see if they reply. I didn't title it urgent, but I'm sure they'll answer me eventually. I hope it's a good answer! I also asked if they knew if Lizelotte would be released into the After Event lotteries after hearing some of the stories about Miruku. I'll be sure to give everyone the answer that I get!

 

Because Volks is notorious for making us wait and giving us very polite, but vague answers until the information is up on their websites I always figure we will find out before they go on sale. VolksUSA may not know yet though and it might be better to check with Volks international.

Either way, I am looking forward to the answer

 

I need some serious intervention OK? Like..I am back on this thread for the third time this morning and like...I need help.

I am suppose to be getting ready for a taco party and instead I am drooling on dolls I swore I would never ever want. My husband is cooking away in blissful ignorance of what I am doing in the next room.
