Hi Tereya Chan,

You need to reach Fukuoka SR by AM9:00.
If you couldn't reach by AM9:00, you have to queue from the last number (can't try the lottery).

Fukuoka SR did set only the limit time, so I guess many people will here from early morning (AM6:00~7:30?, maybe). If you could try the lottery at SR ealier, you can know the result earlier and decide "come home or continue to queue".
Web AE will have the lottery, too.

Then you need to entry it from AM6:00~AM11:00. You can receive the mail only when you won, then you'll have a mail from Volks from noon~PM3:00.

Web AE for outfits will be held afternoon on 25th, but Volks web site doesn't mention the time clearly. It says they will open the shopping curt after they sent the mails for limited doll lottery. At AE for Osaka Dolpa 3 (2007 spring), the curt was opened at PM7:00, but at AE for Tokyo Dolpa 17 (2007 GW) it was opened very early. I didn't remember correct time, but it was AM11:00 or noon? on PM1:00? I'm sorry we need other members' info!

Wow, I really want to try, but all the train arrivals have me coming in almost right at 9:00. The website might be my best bet I suppose, but I really want to see if I can make it. I suppose if the web event starts at 6 I could try for that first then rush off to see if I could make it to the SR.

This all hurts my head a bit.

I live in the midwest so our time is 5am for it to start. I am debating if I want to stay up all night or set an alarm. I doubt I will get up for the alarm which would be better for my wallet. I also know though that I will be disappointed if I don't at least try. So I am going to stay up and hope I am not fast enough to get things lol.

Can someone point out to me when they will ship out the Limited Model Dollfies on the Online After Event Schedule ? I am going away for a long period of time in October and wondering if I buy and win one of the limited dolls when will they ship out? thanx in advance

 

If you haven't heard from them (and you've checked the status of your order and it is still active without the "pending review" message on top) I suggest you e-mail them, including your order number, and ask what are the results of your entry. Sometimes for unknown reasons the mails bounce back (what happened to me for Dolpa 17 lottery), but they'll happily fill you in if you did win what you put in for.

If is for the After Event, they ship immediately via EMS, so you'll get your doll in a few days.

... then it's pretty sure you won the lottery. Of course, big V holds the final answer, so is better to ask before jumping to conclusions.

 

That's what my page says and I received a Volks email. My Mutti's page says the same thing and she's never gotten an email from Volks, or a reply when she asked for confirmation. I guess her server doesn't like Volks' or something...

 

The clothes are mostly sold out on the Japanese site now. A pair of shoes and a DD dress left. [/useless information] *waits for Cristal*

Hello, just wanted to thank all those that passed along advice to me! I was able to make it to the Fukuoka showroom just in time to get in line and ended up being able to get Amakusa and a pair of shoes. I actually got a fairly good number spot so I'm very grateful.

He's a lovely doll so good luck to all those trying! All the other dolls were really lovely as well~

yeah, Volks put everything up like two hours early. >_>; The outfit I really wanted was sold out.. so I bought the (black) fluffy bunny outfit for my Unoa boy. He's going to KILL me. Painfully. (But it may be worth it for the pics. )

I'm very confused right now. The clothes on the site say sold out except for a few items. WTH??? I thought it starts at 7PM which is 1 hour and 15 mins from now.

 

The dolls will be released on schedule. The clothes are released at sporadic times. It was like this in previous AE's I think.

 

Wow, that's a load of BS. They need to make their times more specific. I'm freakin pissed! Thanks alot Volks...

Oh man. I just got up an hour before it starts to get clothes. I had no idea they were going to release the clothes early. I should have just stayed up all night instead of going to bed and getting back up.

Of course every single thing I wanted is gone. And I so wanted the little Yo girl outfit. :cries

 

I was pretty glad I manage to grab two outfits that I wanted from the AE. Sadly the other two I wanted the most was sold out ;_;. I was last by at least one hour. I really wish they would follow the schedule or atleast tell us the time T_T.

But I must be thankful I got at least 2/4 outfits >.<.

PS. Good luck to everyone who are going to get those LE SD at 7pm.

 

Yeah, the outfits are really difficult to get these days. The first AE I "attented" they had three or four different release times for different things, but now they don't even tell us when the first batch will be up. I think the "PreRelease" thing they mention on the clothes is just Volks' way of doing a web lottery. Either you guess right, or you don't get anything.

The message changed to "Could not be purchased at this time" as it was SOLD OUT minutes ago. So I guess they might be restocking..soon?

 

Yeah, tell me about it. I was online, talking to people, then I see a post about someone saying that most of the outfits were gone. I was so pissed that I was jabbering while the dresses I wanted were being bought...

 

*nod* Things go from stocked to out of stock to back again all night. I think it's because people put stuff in their carts and then are unable to check out? So they're put back into the shop once their session times out?

 

Same here. I'm super bummed out right now. I think we're all insanely obsessed with wanting these outfits. lol Hopefully Volks USA will have enough of them to go around. Looks like we're going to have to arrive there early to get the outfits.

Me too! I just wanted that White Rose boy's outfit. Now I'm trying to at least get the tennis shoes but keep getting "I am sorry, it cannot deal with a visitor's credit card very much now."

 

Managed to snag Ayumu for my Mutti to go with her Tanpopo and two outfits that I wanted. Bummed I missed the Yo outfits though...

OMG OMG thank goodness I check the site again! I managed to snag the 2 SD16 outfits that I wanted but all the MSD/SDC outfits from the pink label sold out. I was so excited that I forgot I was eating ice cream and it melted into a puddle. -_-

 

Oh, there's plenty of money there. And I only have the one. Naturally, it's the middle of the night and I can't get any live help from my bank.

Maybe change the payment option to "other" and have Volks fix it later? Don't give up as long as your stuff is in your cart!

I don't think they will actually restock her, but yes, she might show up again. If people are having problems checking out, I think (and please do correct me if I'm wrong, I'm only guessing here) the goods will be returned into stock when their session times out. Try refreshing the page (at least) once a minute for the next hour or so!

 

Wow... I think I got Ayumu... That was crazy.

I got the credit card error a few times and I was like "No... It'll be sold out at this rate", but I have a PayPal so I used that (I just never knew how to use it, but I'll figure it out). But that ended up happening like 10 after they went on sale, but I had pressed order right away, then apparently logged me out of my Volks account, I had to log back in... It was mayhem. But I got it, so I don't care!!!

That's what I did! And I managed to snag the White Rose outfit (Kaspar: ), but the boys bondage set and SD16 high tops appear to be a lost cause. idrisfynn is going to be very sad when she wakes up.

 

I was also having problem when checking out with my mastercard I thought I got it but then on the top it says sorry etc etc. I have to hurry up and hit back back to get to pay by other. I have enough funds in my cc. Must be something wrong on Volks side. Oh well guess I will pay by paypal.

 

They restocked at 5:30 a.m. (CST). I changed my mind about Ayumu and he will be coming home. I almost got both he and Tanpopo, but reconsidered.

Just keep checking. They restock periodically. Be patient.
