Shadow Shiro...I just keep falling deeper and deeper. Looking at the price of Shiro, he matches what Young Ensign Williams cost yen wise. Not as horrible as I was thinking! Hopefully if these dolls are offered via US lotto it will convert to about the same~ >~< I hope!

I am lucky on this Dolpa! The DD girls are SO adorable this time around, though! Luckily, none scream "need" at me. The boys are so darling, as well! Thank goodness I don't really collect boys or DD's.. Or I'd be doomed @_@ Volks really outdid themselves, putting so many gorgeous dolls out at once!

I really love Rise's wig though. I would love to own it. I'm excited for the MSD wig they're releasing. And finally an improved MDD body! I can't wait for reviews of that :3

But it seems GOU is by membership order only and not lottery.....so it probably means there is no AE for him. Does it mean Volks USA will not get him either? O_O

I am not fond of GOU's neck......it looks too unnatural for me. Especially when the head is turned, the head looks so detached from the neck it's strange.

 

Is it confirmed that he'll be only sold by membership? I really hope not I've been waiting for this boy like forever TT_TT

 

Yes anyone with Volks Japan VS/VIP membership can order one Yukinojo. My friend in Japan told me that SD17 Shirou this time has paper to order new hands or hand part. It said so on the bottom of his description.

 

I really like Yukinojo's face, but I'm not sure about his body. He seems so strange on the pictures, like he has too short legs for a too huge torso and the neck looks so big for the head. Like the proportions seems to be odd, but maybe that's just the angle of the pictures.
But I'm totally in love with Shirou, he is just perfect! I always loved him, but this version is just awesome!

OMG!!!!!! Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I want both boys! They are so gorgeous!!!! How is it possible that I want 3 dolls from one dolpa and I haven't even seen the clothes yet, LOL

 

I don't know if I want to cry for the SDGou body (not a fan of the head, though) or for the SD17 in a tan skin... Kinda dead right now. Specially because of the price tag. It's totally impossible for me, and just imagine the second hand prices they'll get!

 

I love the new sofa! Could anybody let me know if it will be regular realease or special dolpa release please?

Oh wow, I don't even care for boy dolls, especially not Volks boy dolls, but these two "new" boys... WOW they're pretty dang awesome. I really like the proportions of SDGou. His legs look slightly more realistic length to me. And I was never interested in Jun so much ^^ but I think it's awesome they're doing an SDGr version of her! More Juns for Jun fans, (and more SDGr bodies on the market for me mwahaha... I hope)!

I don´t collect boy dolls but I like the new manly and realistic look Volks gave their dolls.
Volks will make the all-boy-collectors very happy.

Jun is not really for me. Her innocent and shy look is cute but she´s not really "my type". ^^;

Sdgr Jun is pretty cute, but I totally dislike the boys. I guess, I'm alone with my opinion, but it's just not my taste. I love Shirou so much, but this grown up, tanned version is not my cup of tea. I regret not buying SD13 boys when I had the chance to.

 

AAAAAHHHH I want to know if SDGou's shoulders are wider but Volks gave pretty much every other piece of information except shoulder width!!

Half of me is wishing that Gou can fit into SD17 clothing line and half of me really wants to see that the shoulders are much broader than SD17. >< That's not going to work both ways is it? The legs seem to be similar lengths though.

Also I am super impressed with Gou's shoulder joint. Volks is doing a great job with mobility improvements lately!

Erl... After those measurements, I'm disappointed. He's just like an SD17, isn't wider or anything, so all my hopes for nothing. Still, maybe I change my mind if I see what can be done with this body in non-oficial pictures, but for now I'm a bit down... Besides, what's that joint there in the arm for? To extend it? (I think it's what I see being done in the scan Byouyuuken posted...). I'm a bit confused @_@

Alas I am safe from this dolpa. Although, I really like some of the new wig styles and SD outfits.

 

Uh .. that seems a bit odd, doesn't it? If the Yukinojo is a VIP Member only doll and Jun and Shiro are Dolpa only, then which dolls will be available as an after event? Have we ever had a major Dolpa and all the dolls weren't available? I know for the smaller events like Huis en Bosch and Angels Descending Autumn that the dolls are strictly that day only.

Clarification? Anyone? So confused ....

 

I think the best thing to do is wait and not to speculate. We never really know for sure until VolksUSA and the International site announce what they will have. You can always email the international site, though I am not sure if they know yet.

 

SD 17 Shiro is hot. I can't take my eye off him. I wish I had money to take him home.

It seems Jun will be available at AE with only school uniform set whereas at dolpa, she will have both school and sport uniform set according to the information showed in previous page' picture.

 

Grown-up Shiro looks more like Tsukasa to me. @_@
and SD Gou... that neck I find it really strange ;;

Holy macaroni! A tan skin SD17 mature face Shiro!!!! Dollfie God has been listening to my prayers all these time. Volks is really coming after us!

 

The outfits are just this time around. I'm not quite sure what to do with the Chinese kitty/fox ear outfits . . . though I may end up getting at least one . That Black Label SD17 outfit Shirou's got on floored me, though, and the casual MDD outfits are great.

So far it sounds like Shirou's Dolpa only, but I'm holding out hope that he'll still be available through the US lottery because it's not an AE anyways. *fingerscrossed*

 

I really would like to get both Shirou and Jun. I just don't know if I will have the money to do so. I have to agree those outfits are awesome. I think If I could I would get a few of them. some of them give off that western feel to me.

I mentioned the neck thing in my earlier reply I'm glad someone else feels the same about it! It's so unflattering.

The outfits this time are to strange and anime-like to me. The cape worn together with the blue Chinese outfit underneath is too odd XP

The new DD wigs are very nice I like them.

The shoulders for GOU don't look that much wider than SD17 it the chest measurements are so close to SD17, versus SD16 body of Yukinojo's the shoulders were much wider than SD17 because of the extra shoulder part. I haven't touched my SD16 boy body in awhile though but I remember it being wider than SD17 (so slim fitting SD17 tops or jackets cannot fit SD16 boy body).

Yukinojo gets a lot of good stuff and even 2 pair of shoes. So I think his price is not bad at all compare to SD17 limits. The head seems new too (modified for the new body)

I do think tan boys are hard to dress though and with SD17 being much bigger than tan SD13s......it could be even more of a problem. I always find it problematic with my tan F-16.
