fransyung - yes, DDs are wonderfull! I'm so in love with them now! Can't believe I never even thought about trying to get one before~ and if it wasn't for Rise, I guess I would ignore Cirno and Sakuya too.

And I am now sitting in my room, looking at all the boxes. My friends, boyfriend and family knew I wanted Rise badly, so they decided to help me... I've got 5 Rises now I never even had two of the same doll! Just... wow.

And my mom just told me that if I repaint Cirno, or sell her clothes, she would stop paying for my university She loves her blue eyebrows and outfit, she wants to display her in the living room... and she never liked my dolls before! She was ok with my hobby, but it's the first time she actually wants the doll displayed outside of my room

And I'm glad that Cirno found a key to the heart of your mother ^^ My mother likes everybody in my doll family, but she is just in love with my Suigintou, she is her favorite! However they don't live together

Jo77, I also have received a confirmation email from VolksUSA and they already have charged my credit card. BTW, congrats with grabbing Shiro!

Kusha: Hugs! I shld hv just grabbed Shiro the moment he hit YJ but I wasnt sure then. But yest I saw him IRL and he is just totally awesome and I just caved in. Did you receive Yukinojo's email confirmation immediately after you ordered him? Or a couple of days later?

@Jo77 I placed for my Yuki Yesterday and I got the confirmation email today! but I think you should contact them because today is the last of pre-order just to be on the safe side.

 

I didnt enter through Volks this time for Yuki, I enetered through KL, but when I did pre order for Saber girls I got an email confirmation which is what your friend should have gotten as well. She needs to email Volks right away.

Ramses has some Dollshe in 16mm, so I guess they are more 14mm on " normal" urethane eyes (Dollshe size smaller).

destiny - well, I only need one... then again, I always wanted twin dolls, so I'm tempted to have Rise twins.

Question to anyone who knows more about DDs - Rise's and Cirno's outfits are lined with white fabric, but Sakuya's clothes are not. Do you think they might stain? Also, how about Rise's stockings? (I'm new to DDs so I'm getting a bit paranoid about staining...)

Has anyone heard anything about the extra hand parts for Jun from Volks USA yet?

 

Raen - I didn't even know there was a shadow Rise! (but I also didn't know there was Persona4 before, so... I guess I'm excused, I just liked the doll)

Also - I can't take off one of Cirno's hands! It was so easy with the DD, but MDD's hands just seem to be stuck...

 

I won Jun T. through VolksUSA, but I didn't hear anything about purchasing her optional hands yet. I wonder if the order form will be included when she ships out?

 

I have a friend who won Jun on Y!J and she could order the hands because her agent helped her get the form and send it to Volks before the deadline. I'm not sure that others who won Jun through VolksUSA or AE will even get to order the special hands >_<

 

Form is included but you won't be able to use it. Volks usa may let usa winners order with them through the website in the future like how they let Megu winners order SD16 hand parts. But it seems it would be announced by now so I guess they are,not available this time except in Japan.

 

There will probably be more information about Jun's extra hands closer to the time Volks USA gets her.

I just got reply from Volks about the Cirno's magnet part (woohoo, they understood my broken Japanese!), and I'll go tomorrow with it and their reply to Sumika~ they said it'll take 2-3 weeks to exchange it for a new part.

 

@Daris, can you check Rise`s wig really quick? It seems like part of the wefting on her right bun wasn`t sewn on mine and I`m wondering if it`s something only on mine or it`s by default..

 

KimaLucifer - I checked one of the wigs and it seems to be ok, no loose wefting...

Yes but if you plan to use the form with Volks USA's Jun (which is not gonna arrive until 2-3 months later), you won't make the June deadline LOL.

Congrats Everyone! Shirou is one of my most favorite boys. If I collected boys he would be the one. I love this tan version so amazingly gorgeous. I look forward to lots more photos.

 

My Cirno was shipped on May 28. Today my Sakuya was shipped... Wonder why they weren't shipped at the same time? ^^;;;;

 

Volks Korea is taking orders for SDGr extra hands parts, so they should do the same for USA winners. I remember that Volks USA contacted SD16 megu winners regarding the extra hand order later than Volks Korea did last time as well.

 

Just saw a box opening for Yukinojo on another forum. He is super gorgeous! and looks like they are sending out Japan pre-orders now..?

 

My Shiro is being held in customs ;-; The customs tax is going to be so painful.

fransyung - congrats! Cirno is great Have you tried to take her hands off? I mean, only the soft part, as if to change them for different hands~ because I've seen them in your box opening together with joints. I just can't take them off (while it was super easy with Rise) and I'm afraid to damage her
