Volks Doll's Party 26 (Tokyo Big Site) will be 18th December 2011

We shall be wishing together forever for a re-release of her...;___; If only she didn't have the horrors of a copyright payment hanging over her! (I think all of the Rozen Maiden dolls would have a chance at re-release if that didn't exist.)

Sure, but they are Blythe. I never paid much for my Blythe girls and the price of those super-limited Blythe usually scares me away.

I don't think volks would re-release the rozen maiden girls due to something like copyrights? ...though I still hope to see a whiteskin suiseiseki/souseiseki if there's any chance lol.

I'm crossing fingers for a SD17 lucas/chris/kaelin too!!

I'm pretty sure a SD17's coming out this December too. Would definitely love to see a 17 Lucas or Cecile. Hoping they have slimmer cheeks and even sharper features

 

They have released the Suigintou mold again over the years but as a one off. I think that the mold could be sold again but as a different "character"?

 

I think because she's named "Suigintou" and the mold is recognized for the fact that it is from the Rozen Maiden series that they would still have to pay. Beyond One-Offs (I can only dream to win one of those) I don't think they'd actually do a mass release (Lottery) of her again. (Or any of them.) I don't think you can just change up the character either... That'd be like taking DDdy Sasara and just changing the name and selling her? I think Volks wouldn't do something like that anyways. The best chance of something like that would have to come with some sort of altering of the mold, or at least that's what I think? Either way I'll just continue to really hope to grab her one day...one day! OTL;

 

I hope, i like this mold but too expansive on YJ! now :'( !!!!!!!!!! i can't paid so much for this head even i don't use shopping service (i have my own account) ! !!!

I've been avoiding the Yo bug by deftly avoiding pictures but I got bitten pretty bad when I took a peek while foolishly thinking I was immune. (_ _ ;; )

Not sure exactly where it is from, but someone told me she is sasara
So they could one day release this one with sasara head!

 

They actually have done exactly that once before, so it's not in the realm of impossible, but more likely improbable. Bianka/Rose is actually the Ryugasaki Momoko sculpt, which was a highly limited character doll in her only release. I believe there were only 100 Momoko's made and she was one of the Volks sculpts that was commanding $3000 in the aftermarket. Of course, all of that changed when they decided to change the sculpt's name and release it as 2 different dolls for a Dolpa.

 

Oh ho! Thank you for correcting me! I do have to agree though that I see a high chance that it still wouldn't happen, but that's quite fascinating. I wonder what drove them to do that? I wonder how limited and in demand a doll just has to be in order to do that? (Though being limited to 100 could have been their reason) I mean, Suigintou would also fit that key as being worth $3500+, I think Jungle had her up for like $5100....x.x (Disregarding they generally are always really high prices?) But again, that's really all up to Volks if they want to take a older mold and change her into something new~! I would not be at all bothered by this, I just simply believed it to be impossible. (Yay for the bit more hope I can have x3)

 

Yess I can imagine that Cecile with mature face... maybe the same as Reisner but more slimmer and serious features face oh and sun tanned *drools*

I think it is possible for volks to have a released with the same mold, since I saw the similarity on their several molds with different names :/

Much as I would love to see an SD17 Lucas, it seems like they have released so many lucas/chris/kai variations already that they won't do an sd17 version /: But then again they did have a 16 Kira, so you never know /:

SD17 Tsukasa (all one of him) is to die for, so I suspect you're right . A sunlight SD17 Cecile would probably grab me just for the skintone alone. But there's just no way I could manage an SD17 these days!

 

I hope Volks will release another very kawai sdgr girl in this dolpa! (>_<)9 It would be even better if she is a Volks x Clamp Collaboration Doll or a Volks x BTSSB Collaboration Doll~ \(*O*)/ Praying now... haha... (^_^)p

Lord help me, I've not even completely paid for my Piccolo yet, haha! I'm hoping for a SDGr or SD17 boy with wicked modern style! I'd love an h.Naoto set! I always love seeing BTSSB x Volks dolls as well, I don't even collect girls but may be in trouble if there's an Alice and the Pirates fullset in the mix. I really want a Luna boy, so I'll join in the hoping for that~

I wonder why Tenshi no Sumika always freezing/crash whenever I wanted to buy it D8~~ even I had entered the items into my cart T.T;;;

 

But a Tsukasa would make you so happy, right? ^^ But he'll also make you poor... hehe. I tried last December for Williams and also last Dolpa for Date Masamune and lost both times. >_< Maybe Volks will give me a big boy this time, third time is a charm, right?
I wish Volks would lottery the Tenshi no Sumika items like the dolls, I feel like scalpers buy them all and put them up right after on Y!J and eBay ^^;

The lottery is definitely hit and miss. I lost for both Chika and Kurumi but I won Chika from Kerbey Lane so it evened out. I have never entered for the International lottery. I think the best thing to do is to enter at all 4 places and pray.lol

 

fransyung: My luck is terrible, Piccolo was the first time I've won... anything. ^^; I will play the entering game again and hope, what a nice Christmas present to myself if I win. I love Ryoya Konoe so we'll see if I'd like the new doll for Tokyo Boy's Story! Are you weak for Tsukasa? Any other boys from the series you would have to bring home?

Tsukidoll: I bet you were heartbroken to lose on Kurumi! You like the adorable girls from what I have read. I'm hoping your Luna will find her way to the lottery soon. I lost Williams 4x and Date as well, but I did win Piccolo from WLD! He's my dream YoSD and in a little Wonderland fullset that matches my girl YoSD on top of that!

 

I love 3 boys from the Tokyoboys arc... Ryoya, Tsukasa, and Shiro... >.> I already have Ryoya, and I'm not going to embark on a mission to own the other 2 if I could help it! XD Volks would make it more difficult if they're going to do a cruise again next year!

 

I stole my hubby's Kurumi but we had to purchase her via credit card, a definite no no and long story short the credit market was doing bad and our credit card company doubled our interest rate with no warning. So she had to be sold. I was very sad but she went to live with Essie and she was thrilled to have her. I hope to get another Kurumi someday. Piccolo is so adorable. Congrats on him!! If I was to get a boy he would be the one. I still have my fingers crossed for Luna. I really want Volks to do a H.Naoto version maybe in a dark color and her in white skin. LOL I can dream.

Tsukidoll: Oh my gosh, that's terrible! I'm fearful of credit purchases already and now am even more so. I hope you'll have a chance for a Luna, I secretly wish for her to be released in an Alice and The Pirates set! I wear the brand myself and could not resist. Thank you, I'm really excited about Piccolo, the little guys are so much fun.

 

Melicat I would LOVE Luna to be released in Alice and the Pirates. I didnt get either of those two outfits and they are so cute! I adore the little ones too. I have been bitten by them as of late. I am up to three (Alice, Chika and Kira) I adore their cute little faces. That being said I'd love a Yo Luna too.
I did learn a valuable lesson with credit cards. Dont buy it unless you afford the extra charges. Next time I will plan better.

I was hoping for a Victorique or Kujo in the lottery but it never happened. Maybe one day I will get lucky and find at least Victorique. Now to just hold my breath for this Dolpa's goodies; so wanting a girl Yo-SD like Kanon!

 

Tsuki: I know, I regret not going for the Alice sets! Aww, you have some adorable girls at home, how lucky you are to have a Kira! Oh no... not YoSD Luna! I don't need another little girl but she'd be so cute with her little cat mouth! It's hard to remember credit companies have the power to make you miserable with interest!

Melicat : Yes, I got both Reisners from the Cruise, but sold my Cruise Williams to a friend... ^^ My Williams is from DP24 (I like his younger face better). ^^ The Cruise dolls have sucked me dry to the bone, literally. They're just very expensive! D: I just finished paying then received both Reisners this year, so I'm hoping if Volks' going to do a Cruise again, it'd be late next year... so it will give me time to breathe. =A= I'm still hoping to get a YoSD this/next year, too. >.> I've been craving for the 4 sisters lately. Megu and Kira especially... ;A;

Sorry to hear that MeliCat (_ _) I won Williams from D24 but sold it to my friends and Kazuya Kujoo sold to... with Victorique DP25 (_ _lll) it's kinda shocking actually... but I did not win neither SDGr Lorina nor Little Lorina (I wouldn't get a chance to win little Lorina actually) from Kobe. I hope that you will win what you want this time ^_^b

I second your opinion Fransyung, I'm hoping that next cruise would be late... it would be around October like Kobe Cruise in 2009 (_ _lll)

 

Fransyung: That's great you have two Reisners! I have never even seen one in real life but I like their smile, I especially like the SF mold! Last cruise was... in May? I hope they push it back but being on the ocean in winter is no fun, haha. You have expensive taste wanting those YoSD XD

I know the detailed release announcements for Dolpas usually come with Volks News, but can't remember for the life of me when the next comes out. Can anyone give me an estimate?

 

Usually 2 weeks or so before, but on internet or mobile phone you usually get the pics before.
So we have at least one month to wait to see the dolls and items, T__________T
