50–65cm Dolls Volks Dollfie Dream Utena Tenjou

A prince has arrived! A dolly meetup with my friend rekindled my interest in vinyl dolls. Once I saw Utena and Anthy on Volks' website, I knew I had to get them both. Not only had I enjoyed the show, but they were beautifully done. I missed Lady Oscar when she was released, and I couldn't risk that again (current grail ;___; ). Since I live in the US, I thought I'd have to use the lottery and wait months to get them if I won. Luckily, I found both girls on Mercari Japan and used a proxy to purchase. Anthy is due to arrive soon, but I couldn't wait to open Utena!

There's some denting from that, but I'm not too upset since I won't be selling her anyway. Her promo pics are so pretty!!

Such a cute face! The faceup also drew me to her. Her smirk is the best XD Luka has the large bust, so I was amused to see such "tiny" boobs on Utena haha.

All put together! I ordered her a bodysuit, but I couldn't wait to see her complete. I usually don't use synthetic wigs on my dolls, so styling this was a bit rough haha. I'll continue fixing the wig until I get it closer to the promo pics.

And the girls together I'll be taking more photos and then dress them in casual clothes. I definitely like the pink hair/blue eyes combo XD
